Zeke assisted with my vehicle today. He was friendly and Informative and notified every step of the process. As it’s later in the day and nice out I’m sure the staff has had a long day, despite being busy Zeke kept a smile on his face which most don’t do.

Do not go here! I have had multiple bad experiences with Valvoline. First - last fall: my husband took my car for an oil change. I had warned him that last time I received an oil change from another company they told me the O-ring would need replacing next round. He communicated this to valvoline and they said nothing was wrong with it. My car was leaking oil as soon as it was parked in garage. He was unable to take it back, but called to confirm they would take care of me free of charge. I brought the car back in and after emptying the entire tank of oil they told me still nothing was wrong with the o-ring nor was it leaking and that I would be charged for new oil. I insisted that’s not what they told my husband. After trying to get them to wave the fee for new oil based on their own mistake I finally had to call my husband in order for the man to wave the fee on the new oil.Fast forward to my next oil change. I got there and it was packed, drove in directly to the last line, literally following the gold car in front of me into line. I wait 45 minutes. The gold car in front of me pulls into the bay to get helped. Me and two other cars remain, all three next in line per bay, on the end a black car. A male employee comes up to my car to tell me I’m going to need to back up so the black car in the other bay can go ahead of me since he was here before me. I asked them why they let the gold car in front of me be serviced before the other black car, as he was also behind the black car. They say they are a first come first serve customer oriented business. But where is the logic? All three of us waiting to be next were going to be serviced within minutes of each other. Why ask someone to move? And if you really need to, why not the gold car who was currently being serviced even though he too had arrived after the black car they were asking me to let go infront. I asked the employee to explain to me that logic, and he continued to tell me they were doing customer service. What were they going to gain by moving me? I can tell you what they lost, my business. I made the decision to leave, even after a 45 minute wait and no oil change. I will not be miss treated at this place again because I am a women and because I will never come back here. I hope that people read this review and chose not to service their vehicles here either. If it really was about who arrived first, there would be a far better system in place. Had there been a row of 4 cars behind each of us, do you really think they would’ve had anyone move? Or do you think that I was an easy target for the employee after the other man in the car complained about it taking too long?

This place WILL NEVER EVER get my business AGAIN!! They screwed my car up last year ( beginning of year) and Patrick Harrison corrected their mistake. I knew at that moment I should have never gone back that’ was my intuition, but of course I went back in Aug for another oil change. Well I decided to come to Goodyear and they found the SAME big screw that was in my oil pan initially and it ruined my pan. They said because it’s noted about my oil pan that it means they told me . They DID NOT!! They don’t hire people who know what they’re doing and lie. If you want your car screwed up go to HELLVOLINE !! Lesson learned I will tell more people than those who read this.

Usually I'd rate this establishment as 5 stars but the last visit I had with them they rushed me out without checking tire pressure, lights, and all the other checks they usually do.

If I could give more stars I would. Dalton and the rest of the staff blew me away today.Not only were they prompt, professional, and informative, but they also went above and beyond for me. The level of kindness and customer service i received made me a customer for life!!Thank you, Dalton and the rest of the team. Who knew getting an oil change could really change your entire day in such a positive way?

I went there to get my oil last weekend. That evening we went to dinner and there was a huge oil spot on my driveway so my husband took the car back the next day where they said nothing was their fault and my oil gasket is probably old, so I need to take it to a mechanic. Afterwards it was miraculously fixed. I guess the person didn’t put the oil plug back incorrectly or didn’t change the washer who knows but it didn’t leak again after that. Would’ve been a much better experience if they would’ve just said “oh, sorry, the plug was wrong” or whatever the cause was. Won’t go back there again.

Negligent Service Leads to Hidden Vehicle Damage, Manager (Dalton) Refuses To Remedy Situation.My recent experience with this specific Valvoline location has left me deeply dissatisfied and disheartened. In late October 2023, I entrusted them with my vehicle for a routine oil change, unaware that this decision would result in unforeseen damages to my vehicle's splash guard. It wasn't until a few days ago that I discovered the extent of the damage, which has left me frustrated and questioning the quality of their service.Upon closer inspection, it became evident that the damage occurred as a result of the splash guard/skid plate underneath my vehicle not being properly secured after the oil change was completed. Despite my diligence in maintaining my vehicle, the negligence displayed by Valvoline's technicians is unacceptable. Not only did they fail to perform essential and necessary functions of their job, but they also neglected to take responsibility for their actions when approached about the issue. They couldn’t even provide reasoning or explanation for the refusal to address my concerns.Their refusal to acknowledge the damage and compensate for the repairs demonstrates a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and accountability. As a loyal customer, I expected better from Valvoline and am deeply disappointed by their lack of integrity and professionalism which ultimately was displayed by the manager Dalton. I urge others to exercise caution when considering Valvoline Instant Oil Change for their automotive needs. Their failure to uphold basic standards of care and transparency makes them an unreliable and untrustworthy option for vehicle maintenance.** To specify: This whole ordeal occurred after I already spoke to customer care and filed a claim with them. **

Have been using Val online for years however this location is particularly bad. I went in for an oil change about a month ago, the line was long and even though there were many people working they only worked on one car at a time. At one point sitting in the bay waiting I noticed most of the workers left and only one person was there. After about an hour, they changed my oil. A while later I noticed I had oil dripping in my driveway. I took it back to have them check and they said my oil pan needed to be rethreaded. Pretty sure their incompetent worked messed up my oil pan. Would not trust them or come back to this location.
