I frequent this establishment and have never been disappointed. Today the budtender that assisted me Patty did everything right and I walked out of there not spending more than I planned. I used points and got 2g of shatter for the price of 1.

Disappointed they encourage online ordering then can't fulfill. I placed an order online because I only have 45 minutes between work and kids. I got 3 emails saying it was received, processing and completed. When I arrived at the Federal store (where I placed my order) I waited patiently as the only employee helped a customer shop (no one working the online order window) the budtender told me she didn't have my order and that orders for the Federal store "had been going to the Quincy location all day." So they know it's an issue but do nothing to prevent inconveniencing customers. I understand tech issues happen. But if your system malfunctions and you know its happening, why not stop taking online orders for that store or post something online "call store to confirm" or literally anything? Inconvenient and disrespectful of people'stime.Regarding your response- I'll send screenshots because you have wires crossed somewhere. I ordered at and went to 3318 S Federal. There was no order there. I called the 19370 E Quincy store said they had the order but I didn't have time to drive that far. The final screen after submitting my order says: Success your pre-order has been processed, Order #210599532. Pickup @ 3318 S. Federal, Sheridan. For some reason the order was ACTUALLY processed by the 19370 E Quicy store. I suggest you call your e-commerce people. I wanted to get high instead I got irritated. Total buzzkill.
