I have 0 makeup knowledge and needed some product for a specific purpose. Alex was so helpful to try several products in my skin tone to make sure it fit my unique needs. She didn't try to upsell anything and was honest about what I did and did not need. I left with a product that will work wonders for me, as wel las an account with all that information saved, so I don't have to remember. AND she answered all of my questions with enthusiasm. Will definitely return here if the need arises again!

Love this location. The store is nicely organized and always clean. They have a great selection and are well stocked. But most of all, I think the staff is really awesome. Everyone is helpful and friendly. I’ve worked at Sephora and shopped at many locations across the US and this one is one of the best in my opinion.

Love this location because it is usually very slow and I never have to wait in line. The Beauty Advisors have been super friendly and have consistently offered me excellent advice on both products and color matching.

So how do I keep you guys from sabotaging the skin care and hair care items you sell me? I literally know not one person who works here so I am very confused as to why you feel the need to sell me $70 face cream that you guys have sabotaged and $40 shampoo that makes my hair fall out but apparently you do feel the need to do this. So I guess why are you doing it and how do I get you to stop. Also is this about Bre and Vanessa? if it is, they have literally been terrorizing me since i was around the age of 4 because my cousin is friends with famous people , they literally used to tell me that their "boy" wanted to do bad stuff to me so if you think that your doing this to protect them you're in the wrong. also if an african american cop tells you that he's trying to teach me respect, he's not.

Staff was absolutely rude. I was in there with my mom and the associates and the manager was very rude. We will definitely not go back to this store.

The store is well-organized and clean. One of their associates was friendly, helpful, and approachable. However, most of the other associates, seemed bored and had a vibe reminiscent of high school adolescents. This lack of professionalism was unexpected in a high-end product store. I have to admit that Ulta still outperforms in terms of the service they offer. I won't be visiting the store anymore. In case I require any products that Ulta doesn't provide, I'll buy them online.

I was thrilled when they opened this store so close to my house. Sephora never disappoints me with the amazing items and great staff.Everyone here is helpful and friendly and always has great suggestions for incredible products specifically for your beauty needs. You can NEVER go wrong with Sephora and you will always be treated with kindness and a smile.I am Sephora loyal because of the people who work for the company. This store is exceptional.

Rude staff. Was ignored upon walking in just because I’m a man. Unnecessarily stood in line at the register to be told I needed to pickup my online order from the front. Was rudely told to wait up front and then someone who came in after me was greeted and assisted with their online order before me. Will not be going to this store again.

First time I visit Sephora. I was met by a gentleman at the door. I asked him a couple of questions about some items I needed he just pointed at the items and said there they are... poor customer service. As I was picking out my makeup a nice young lady approached me and asked me if I needed anything? I need some help. She was so pleasant.. she helped me pick out what I needed and a little bit more. excellent customer service

First time ever in the store picking up some stuff for my Canadian friend to take with me on trip soon… Irene was very helpful and knowledgeable… suggested a nice product for me to try to keep my lips from cracking…. I will definitely come back again…. Customer service was amazing…

I GOT PINK EYE FROM THIS PLACE. Don't ever get a makeover here. I legitimately got pink eye from it. Then was told by the manager I "had signed a waiver and this wasn't a hospital", then laughed at. Also she tried to pin it on me: "It couldn't be us because we are always very clean and sterile. You may have had it before you came to us." Ok then explain to me why I've never had this disease in my entire life and wait why are you bringing up the waiver if you're so perfectly clean? Other than that, it's a nice store with friendly staff. Manager (and clearly the makeover) just rubbed me the wrong way. Literally. Be careful.

Walked into Sephora for the first time in a long time and Michelle greeted me with a smile and asked me what I was looking for. I couldn’t remember the exact name of the brand and she got it spot on and took me exactly where I needed to go and knew the products. I was rung up my Nick and he was amazing and kind as well. I’m coming back to Sephora from here on out. Wonderful place

Love love loveeee this location!! All the workers are welcoming and kind! Every single time I come to this location, Janelle is always the first to ask if I need help and is extremely passionate about her work. She always has a great product to suggest. (She’s introduced me to multiple different products!) Janelle is extremely informative of the products Sephora carry. I will go out of my way to go to this Sephora because of amazing hard workers like Janelle. Great example of how to represent a company!! Thank you Janelle!
