We get all of our cars washed here regularly. Great service and attention to detail! Christopher was great helping me sort out what I needed on one of my cars today. Definitely recommend!

My car had a terrible smell that I tried to get out for weeks with no luck. The team at mikes was incredible! They found the root cause and took care of it. My car looks brand new and I could not be happier with how it turned out, and they were super nice!! Highly recommend!

Couldn't be happier with our experience. The company is under new ownership - so ignore the lower rating. They are working super hard to rebuild the business & I give mad respect to their efforts. I made my apt online which was easy, convenient and user friendly. The day before the apt, I got a text, email & curiosity call to confirm the appointment. Day of appointment, we arrived about 15 minutes early and they were able to get us chicked in and started. The gentleman who helped us was nice, professional and helpful to answer our questions. They took payment upon arrival, and we tipped after. What blew us away was they went above and beyond. We paid for an interior detail, and they made the car smell, look and feel like it is brand new again! In addition, I told them we weren't going to do the outside this time since we are expecting snow and they did it anyways for no extra cost as well as threw in a certification with no expiration date to come back and get the outside washed. It was well worth our time and money. The quality is what we paid for and they delivered. We'll definitely be bringing our other vehicles back for a detail soon.

This place has unbelievably terrible service. I don’t normally leave reviews but this was different because of how I was treated and talked too. The person who helped me was very very rude to me and when I got a call back that my car was ready I went over and there was no people in the business. I waited about 30 minutes and nobody showed up so I started walking around the building and there was still no people anywhere so I started asking if anyone was there but i got no response for about an hour and a half and finally they came from somewhere and claimed they had been there the whole time and were extremely rude I got no apology and they made me back my own car out of their garage. to tie it all together they did a horrible job cleaning my car there was still spills and no evidence of vacuuming. If you would like your car cleaned this is NOT the place

I won't be going back. I got my car washed today and they did an awful job. The windows were streaked and they didn't even get all of the windows. The inside was not wiped down to my satisfaction. I came home and cleaned it myself. I called to let them know my dissatisfaction and the person said sorry, nothing else. Waste of my money.

So disappointed. I used to love this place and even refer people to go here, which I will not be doing anymore nor will I ever go back. I went in for a premium wash like I do frequently and they forgot to give me back my front passenger door mat. When I went in to get it back, they had thrown it out. Not only that but their general manager, Matt, acted as if I had somehow lost the mat and they didn't throw it out. I don't take the mats out of my car at random, only when I come here. I noticed it the next day after my premium wash too. Really disappointed in this experience and customer service.

Purposely got $25 auto wash for "Hand clean wheels, dress tires" ----> after wash employees came by (i gave a $5 tip right away) to spray tire shine on then wave me off, i asked "uhhh what about the hand clean wheels?", employee :"we don't do that no more, it takes too long". Will be disputing for half of the $25 back on Monday with my bank.
