I had a facial with Bo yesterday and it was so incredible! She took the time to look at my skin and use specific products on my face to target my skins issues. She dermaplaned my face so well it is soooo silky smooth. 12/10 go see her and treat yo self! ????

I thought about whether or not to write this for 2 days. Since the stylist are all independent contractors I do not want this to be a reflection of the salon as a whole.I feel Ali needed to pay more attention to what a new client who was 20 minutes early had to say. I asked for a hair cut with face framing and layers. She was too distracted with the 2 other clients she had in different chairs, rushed me through in 20 mins and charged me for the full service. So wrong.I did make another appointment with a different style who was professional and listened to my needs. She did an amazing job and I am grateful for Adrianna! I definitely didn't mind paying her the additional full price to fix the terrible cut Ali had done.When I called Ali to tell her Iwas dissatisfied her service and request that she refund my $50 (since I paid someone else to correct the hair cut) she said "I don't do that." I told her I'm going to dispute the charges on my Visa and write an appropriate review she said ok fine and hung up on me. She never even apologized.

10/10 My hair is gorgeous ! Ali did a great job with my hair, she never disappoints me with her work, my hair is better than I expected, loved the color as always, she did what I want and made it even better, I will come back for sure.

Recently went here and had my hair colored by Ally. Not only diid she seem like she was in a hurry but definitely came across as extremely unprofessional. It was evident that she had personal issues going on which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The conversations the employees had among themselves was disturbing. I expected more from this salon & left disappointed. Do not recommend!!!

Ali the hairdresser harrases handicapped people for utilizing handicapped parking and doesn't apologize when confronted about unnecessarily harassing people.

***Not all disabilities are visible.*** Ali, who works as a hairdresser for this establishment, exhibited behavior that was unwelcome and intrusive. She seemed to take it upon herself to play the role of a parking enforcer, a doctor, and the epitome of a 'Karen.' When approached about her actions, she not only refused to acknowledge the situation but also responded with disdain. In this particular incident, my elderly parents, who possess government-approved handicap passes based on their medical needs, relied on my brother to drive them to their doctor's appointments. As my brother parked the car, Ali, apparently feeling self-righteous, approached him to insist that he couldn't park in the handicap spot. After delivering her message, she walked away. This understandably upset my father, who followed her into the House of Harlow salon to address her poor behavior. However, instead of owning up to her actions, she chose to completely ignore him and continued attending to her client. If Ali can't take responsibility for her errors, it raises doubts about trusting her as a hairstylist to deliver quality service. Her negative attitude and unwillingness to admit mistakes can make her seem unprofessional and unsuitable for clients seeking a reliable and pleasant hairstyling experience. In the future, take the time to focus on your own affairs before minding others.

I've been seeing Adrianna for over a year now and she is wonderful! She always knows what would look best for my hair, even if I come in without a clue of what I want. The massages are the best offered in North Denver. Many people say that but with Tarryn, it’s just the truth. No one will heal your body like she can. Call in advance because she’s super booked out. Worth every penny and then some.
