I like this location (tucked away in a strip mall). The store is organized and clean, the staff is pleasant. On my last trip the sink was not working which was kinda inconvenient if you wantvto test products.

Hours always vary for idiotic step, like the air isn't working or close early with no explanation. Older mgr is very rude, short and condescending. Never greeted upon entry. I prefer to drive to a store further out, even if in inconvenient.

I have a couple of Bath and Body Works near me at The Orchard and at Northglenn Market Place. The customer service is always fabulous. Yesterday I stopped in the shop at 120th and Sheridan and my experience was amazing!! The staff was sooo helpful and friendly. Thank you!!

Not too busy, very friendly staff, lots of smells and choices of candles, soap, lotions, etc. I constantly get offers/deals on the app and the staff always respect the deals and help me understand them. I always get what I want/need and leave happy.

MeLeaha and Kristin shouldn’t be working in customer service. I had my receipt and the product I was trying to return. It was a spray that the top kept getting stuck and wouldn’t spray. They were completely rude to me telling me it was their old bottle even though it looks completely like the new bottle they have. The “new bottle” the only difference is the back sticker says 16.95 opposed to the old bottle saying 16.50. I even offered to pay the .45 difference. I had my receipt to show I purchased the bottle but they were very dismissive towards me.

The ladies working here were very sweet. I went to B&BW for the first time in years for candles and I'll definitely be going back to this location specifically.

KATHY and Amy were just the best today! They made me feel like retail and customer service aren't dead. The best service I've had from any retailer in a few years. Thank you beautiful ladies for the best experience! You are absolute Gems!

Won't be shopping with this store at any location anymore as they think it's ok to raise prices 30% as of people didn't already think the prices here were already ridiculous enough lol

This location is a joke!!! Are they open or closed?!?! Made an online pick up order for this location. Got the pick up email yesterday. Went to pick up today and they have a sign on the door that they are closed and any online pick up orders can be picked up on Thursday's. Maybe mention that in the email or online or... close the store permanently!!!
