I have now worked with both salespeople. Both ladies are extremely knowledgeable of all the products in the store and what can be designed. My last visit was for a buffet and hutch combination which I was able to design with my own specifications. It was a pleasure working with these ladies and will recommend the Amish Furniture Gallery to everyone!

We have purchased significant furniture on 3 separate occasions over the past 3 years, including:TV Room- Console + 2 End TablesMaster Bedroom- Bed, Dresser, Armoire, 2 Night StandsKitchen- Dining Table/Chairs, Bfast Table/Chairs, China HutchWe were so pleased with quality of the furniture and customer service on the first purchase, we didn't even shop around on the much larger 2 following purchases. You can go to some of the other large retailers and find cheaper items, but you get what you pay for- cheap furniture that won't last very long or look good over the years. And you'll spend an enormous amount of time trying to find the right size, right wood, right piece for your home from the stock on hand.We have a appreciated the ability to custom size some of our pieces to fit a designated space in our house, and you are able to select the type of wood and finish with each piece. If you want high quality, solid wood furniture that is heirloom quality that will look as good on day 1 as 20 years from now- go here. The owner and Camille and the staff here are great to work with and their patience and customer service before and after the sale is unmatched!

Lots of items to choose from. No pressure to buy. You can get each piece in many different options of wood and fabric. Pieces are in the showroom so you can actually touch and feel them. As well as sit down on them etc. While I didn't buy anything today. I will definitely keep them in mind for future purchases...

Telling black people that walk in to your store that the clearance section is in the back is a micro aggression and not appreciated. And if you don’t mean it that way you should say something different you don’t know what they asked for and if they wanted to know where the clearance section is they can ask you.

My experience was extremely positive. I worked mostly with Andrew and he took lots of time to answer all of my questions. I learned a lot about wood choices and he helped me visualize what the finished project would look like. The only reason it's not 5 star is because the length of time to complete my furniture. It will be a while until I have my new beautiful office.
