They are extremely persistent to get you to come in and waste your time and shoot you down after filling you with hope...sure you can get a vehicle with no down payment come on down then tell you the bank won't approve and I would need a huge down payment they will tell you whatever you to get you in there and then the story changes...be leary of doing business with these guys

I purchased a 2021 Audi from Andy at D1 and had an awesome experience! He was able to get me a better interest rate than my own credit union and I was in and out in about 90 minutes. 10/10!!!

Made an appointment to look at a vehicle and I was extremely disappointed. The asking price for the vehicle was 19,500. The vehicle through numerous websites including Kelly Blue Book was 12,500 or for GOOD condition 14,100... When I asked why the $4000 difference I was told "Because he said that's what we paid for the car". So because D1 got taken for a ride, let's pass that on to the customer... So I hard passed on that and took a different vehicle out for a test drive. I was told the car was within my "Approval Range" before I left. I liked the vehicle and was ready to do the deal. I get back and was immediately greeted with "I'm sorry there is a mistake. We need $1000 more for the down payment". What a joke this place is. I went to Drive Time and was put in a 2020 Optima 47,000 miles FOR THE EXACT down payment I was offering.. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND BUSINESS TO A COMPANY THAT WANTS IT!!!!

They wanted 50% down because of my occupation as a delivery driver, even though I had 1k down and a trade-in, and gross 5k a month. I just expected to get the same service as other customers and I was very disappointed.

I hate being the negative Nancy. Being I own my own business. If any one would know how much a review reflects your business would be me. From day 1 it’s been a roller coaster. My car was in and out of the shop immediately after purchasing the car. Leaving me with out a car. Bob has been solid, he’s the only highlight to purchasing a car from this dealership. They sell you on them Being substantially cheaper than any other auto mechanic shop if you need to get your car worked on. That is if you wait a whole month to get your car in. Or the other idea is that you have to leave your car for a few days. I’m not needing a transmission rebuild my breaks are simply sounding like I have an elephant in the car. Really not sure if I could suggest this place to a fellow friend or even an acquaintance. Maybe to a ex or someone you despise at the office.

Was looking to get my son a car. Nothing fancy, just to get from point A to point B. Got the run around! Sure he doesn’t have good credit, but I was going to co-sign. Owner is a goober!!! Son found minor things that needed addressed, owner just want willing to work with us, and wanted 3000. down on a 8200. priced car!!! DONT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS PLACE, if something goes wrong with it, you’ll probably be screwed in the end!!!
