If you are a regular customer they won't even sell you any item. I can't believe there is a business like this. There is no sign directing this for license hair technician, and Cosmologist. I felt very judged to the extent that the associate sounded disdain, unmotivated, and depressed. It's disappointing that you can't buy a item and being told that you have to be licensed. I think this store should not be open to the public, and perhaps market themselves online.

We arrived about 15 minutes before closing but the lady didn't try to rush us or anything. Very nice employee.

We went in to get some blue and purple dye for teenage hair. Unfortunately, they can only sell products to people with a cosmetology license. We went ahead over to Sally's. But they were well stocked and very nice.

This store is awesome. The ladies who work here are always super nice. I wish they would have more stock and not run out of basic product, but I know that is not their fault.

Sitting outside the store at 2:29pm, because the door is locked. Hours online say they close today at 4pm and they have a sign posted indicating they are on lunch break until 2:50pm. Obviously they need to hire more staff if they are so overworked that they need to close the store just to eat lunch an hour and a half before closing. Not only that but they are just standing by the counter chatting. I’m sorry but you sell beauty supplies, you should be OPEN during your posted business hours. Especially since they are limited on the weekends.Update: I called and spoke to the employee who told me she was working alone and her manager told her to just lock up when she’s able to take her break. Legally she deserves her break, but she should be more supported by her manager to be able to actually take a break without completely inconveniencing your customers. It’s retail. But I am still sitting here waiting @ 2:42 because I need to buy products— this will be my last visit to this location.

The girls working there know nothing about products and tools sold and I just don't have a desire to go there because their selection is mediocre

Staff is absolutely rude. They act like I am bothering them just for being there. Tried going again today at 1:45pm but it was closed with a sign on the door that said on break and will be back at 3pm. That is a long break. I will just stick with state beauty supply for now on.

There are hardly any price tags on anything. Zero customer service the past 3 times I've gone in. Low amount of products in general. Prices are very high as well freemans salon systems has most stuff half the price as Cosmoprof. Don't think I'll be returning to this location anymore.

They are never open for their posted hours! So inconvenient when i drive a ways to get here and they won't open for another hour when salons open at 9 i hate this location. Also they are never stocked and never have information about products. Worse location ever!!!

Always low on the colors I need, VERY frustrating! Other than that they are very friendly and willing to help. I do wish they would educate some of staff about the products, they dont seem to be able to help with technical quetions
