Machines are always down. The wash gets worse and worse as time goes on. You increase the prices but not the quality. Got stuck in your wash this morning thanks.

At least 2 of the stalls had half of the options not working without any warning before swiping your card. Attempted to use the brush, the foam gun, and other settings with no success. Got my truck only half washed and spent $15. The vacuums require you to download and app and enter card inform which is a pain, skipped on that due to the huge inconvenience. Would be great to just be able to use a card or coins on the vacuum, don’t need another app on my phone and another company with my card information saved. Would love a refund for the wash as my truck was not even close to complete with the amount of items not working.

We have come to this one a few times. At first, it was pretty good. But lately, it hasn't been cleaning good and the dryer hasn't worked for a while. We have a monthly subscription, and we are starting to look else where.

Absolutely, do not go here!!!! It will leave you and your dog on a trip to the vet, spending hundreds to get their health back to the norm, and you hopeless on what to do. By far, it was the worst experience I've had anywhere. Exspcailly when it comes to their customer service, the people I've talked to seemed very professional, but the process of how they handle the situation and take care of their highest tier members/pets is disgusting Yes, that is algae, which is very toxic to dogs, Exspcailly ones that are more vulnerable to sickness. On top of it all, I went to get a wash just to be canceled out of the code so I can rate their app after hours. So if you go, make sure you go during business hours so you can get your wash code if that happens. My dog is still exstreamly ill going on day 3 with no signs of improvement. This wasn't my first time seeing the dog wash looking like that, and I'm sure it won't be the last. I will absolutely no longer be a member and support a business like this.

Wash times have been significantly reduced for the self serve on the membership. Who can wash a car in 10 minutes? It used to be at least 13 minutes for the regular wash time. Then when you have to use the bonus time you get a whole 3 more minutes. And the cost went up. The automatic wash works pretty well, drying is not great. Dog wash is pretty good, if it’s got soap.

Bay had lots of nails and screws on the ground I noticed after I got out. You can see me picking them up so the next guy didn't get them in their tire. Hopefully I didnt get any in my tires!

Used manual wash to clean off (already emptied) cat litter box. My wife has used this place in the past. It took quarters then. Today - card only. Sign says 52 seconds for $1. Fair enough. When finished, the total showed $5.94 total payment.Got home and checked the credit card balance. Two charges for $9.99 EACH. One of those chargers would equal 8.7 (8 mins and 42 seconds). I really wouldn't have a problem with that. Getting charged twice is a ripoff. Never again.

Have come here several times it was good. Not anymore. Had called because I got a car rinse instead of wash, got two codes for free wash...came and used one, both were in one so only one wash. It's OK. But calibration on machine is not right. Most preasure was on right side and while drying, was dripping left over soap back on truck which defeats the purpose on "washing and drying " . Choose another wash place
