Walked in a was easy as 1, 2, 3 signing documents and even walk with BARBIE “dog”& I too our unit to ensure I was all good to go.✅
Had my Shih Tzu puppy with me & had a meet and greet with the owner Jeanie’s Shih Tzu furry friend.❤️

I have enjoyed using this storage location and the office manager is always a pleasure. I got one of the larger units and is basically an extension of my home since the space is tapped out.

We have been a customer for years. We have had 3 different units. They have always been clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and alway willing to help us with our different units. Jenny is the best. Give them a try!

Dishonest owner. Doesn’t know what a prorated rate means. Don’t set up autopay with Jeanie because if you autopay for a month but move out early, she does not credit you the days you are not using her facility. Claims I needed to call and only pay for days I wanted to use. Regardless, she doesn’t know what proration means. Dishonest service plain and simple. When someone sets up autopay it gives owners reassurance that the money is coming, but heaven for bid she cuts a check for services she isn’t rendering anymore for a prorate!

I just want to start by saying how amazing of a person Jeanie is! She is awesome at what she does and presents herself so professionally. For my first time ever having to use a storage unit she made the process so simple and easy! I ended up having to rent three units and she made sure I had the best deal and right unit sizes for what I was needing. I would HIGHLY recommend 113th & Colorado Self Storage and Jeanie to anyone in the location or moving to the area!
