I used a storage unit here for over a year, and they have upgraded the premises, access is always reliable, and it’s in a safe area! This Hass to be the best bargain storage within 10 to 20 miles! Highly recommend, and get in before the prices go up, because this is severely undervalued. Staff is very very friendly and professional!

They will double your rent for no reason and without warning. Also advertised as 24 hrs when it is not. Don't bother there are plenty of other places around

The people are friendly and rates are similar to other facilities. The problem arises that once I rented one of their new extra large units, I found out that it leaks severely when it rains. It just doesn’t seep in it floods. I have reported this several times to the manager in the office but when checking back with her the only answer I get is that she has told them there is a problem. Nothing has ever been done to fix the problem and my, stuff in storage is getting ruined. I would not rent from this establishment because of the lack of response to the problems.

Used their website's "Reserve Now" feature in April to secure storage for mid-July. After selecting the starting date and confirming, I received a confirmation email stating that it'll be held up to 7 days after the starting date. Cool, job done.Now that it's May, me and my fiancé decided to call to get additional information about the space only to find out that we didn't actually have a reservation at all. Whoever she spoke to on the phone gave an overcomplicated and not at all realistic reason as to why this happened and informed us that they have no storage options for that time. Now we're left scrambling to secure a storage space somewhere else.This establishment clearly needs a temporary web development professional dedicated to making sure the "Reserve Now" feature on the website actually works as intended, and not in a way that leads potential customers on with a sense of security by sending out apparently false confirmation emails.But clearly their phone works.

I reserved a unit online and received a confirmation email about my reservation. Upon arriving at the facility they were closed by 4pm on a Saturday 10/2. Their hours are listed as open until 6pm. After hauling a trailer from California I was a bit annoyed at this, especially since they would not be open the next day (Sunday). I called and left a message inquiring about my reservation, to let them know I was unable to check in since they were not open, and asked them to return my call when they could. No response whatsoever 3 business days later. Super unprofessional, terrible customer service. Take your business elsewhere. I recommend StorQuest in Lafayette instead. They were able to accommodate me same-day and even stayed open a few minutes late as I had arrived at StorQuest 20 minutes before they closed for the day.

I was unable to get into my unit due to my own fault. They went above and beyond to help me out. The facility is safe and clean, and the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. It's the best place in the area to rent storage!
