Always friendly!! Both times I have ordered appliances from this location have been flawless. The delivery team always calls when they say they will. They called to say they would be early and they wanted to make sure that was OK with me. Great service every time!!!

Had a good experience with Appliance Factory in Silverthorne. We looked all around for the best price and then called Appliance Factory. They actually beat the best price we had found, set up the purchase and delivery. They were nice and friendly to work with. We would definitely use them again.

We conducted our transaction over the phone with TJ. He was incredibly helpful and very friendly. He went above and beyond in helping us purchase a refrigerator and assisting us in how to get it delivered to Steamboat Springs. I would definitely use them again. One the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a very long time.

Everyone, from the sales person to the installers, was knowledgeable, professional and most helpful in providing me with all the information I needed to make the best decision as possible on my appliance purchase.
