Getting maintenance done on my car,,, designed on buying a new one,,, I found one that I really liked and ended up buying it,, only for the staff,, from Jose, service representative,Zack service representative,,, to lot agent,, and Joe Bonfaini, Sales Manager,, I couldn’t imagine how they would try to help me out,, Luis Sales was on top of the numbers ,,and all details,,, no pressure, no issues at all about anything,,, I forgot about why I was there in the first place,,, A-Z easy,,,I would highly recommend Wilcoxson Dealer Ship to be number one on the first stop for all your needs new/ used,,, congratulations on the experience and excellent customer service,. As I’m not the only person who thinks after I read the reviews. Zach is very rude and unprofessional. I had tried to schedule and oil change and I understand the computer issues they had. Zach wasn’t willing to work an appointment with me until two other service members came to schedule an appointment for me next day as zach wouldn’t. When I came the next day, I saw Zach was supposed to service my vehicle. When I came in to see him, he looked at me and didn’t acknowledge me. Another service member checked me in and they handled it. The manager needs to talk to him. I don’t know if that’s just how he is, but it is very inconsiderate for how he talks to people and he needs to be made aware of it.

Going downhill fast. When we first started coming here for regular service it was great, on the past two visits it is apparent that there are major issues going on here. The service advisor Zach is condescending, evasive and rude. We know for a fact that they do not perform any kind of safety inspection as they claim they do when receiving service.. we had two shops diagnosed bad lower ball joints, subsequently, when taken into wilcoxen they said everything underneath was fine, went to a third shop and received confirmation that the lower ball joints were indeed bad. Thing is we had a tire rotation done at time of service and if there was any kind of safety inspection going on this would have been caught. we are very disappointed lately and not looking forward to finding a new shop, but we believe in this case that is what needs to be done.. The sign out front says 57 years and if they continue down the path they have been lately I seriously doubt they make 60.

Terrible service. First time miss diagnosed problem and wanted to replace part that wasn't bad. Second time took 3 days to replace part on car. This time I made appointment for 7:30 am, told them I needed car that day. At 4:30 pm I called and car was torn apart and still had not found problem! Picked up car at 3:30 pm Monday. Car was not touched since it was dropped off!

Tried and tried to schedule a tuneup, called several times, and service dept would never answer. Obviously they are either too busy, or they just don’t need my business. Will never recommend this place to anyone

Very disappointed. We took our vehicle to be serviced on Fri never received any updates. I had to call them 6 different times every time was told they didn't know what was going on and would call me back but never did. We decided to take it here which was over 50 miles from where we live.

Very disappointed. We took our vehicle to be serviced last Fri. Didn't get any updates so I called and they were still looking into the issues. We live in springs and took it here. Monday called to check the status no one could answer what was going on with it. Was told they would call me back in 5 min, never happened. Called Tues and everyone I spoke with didn't know what was going on with it and was told they would call me back and never did. Finally the one said it was fixed but didn't know if it was ready to be picked up and said he would call back in 5 min and never did. Call Weds and the guy didn't know what was going on with it and would call me back. He called me back and said it was done yesterday and could have been picked up yesterday. Told him no one told us we could

The customer service first time around was so spectacular, had to return to them for a second Cadillac. Again excellent customer service. If you're looking to buy ask for Richard and he will get you taken care of.

The worst expierence I have ever had in a time off need. To say the least, they have a worker they that steals parts off their customer vehicles and when I callled back to explain what happened they want to tell us that their machanic never had or scene those parts. This isnt a matter of having them replace or fix the missing parts now. Its a matter of they are willingly employing thieves and not looking into the matter themselves. They want to make sure they are not at fault and have to pay nothing rather than firing the workers stealing from their customers. Do not go here unless you want more heartache and pain. Wicoxson time to get off the couch and get back in the shop your employees are ruining your name....
