I went to the store in Pueblo, Colorado, on the corner of Pueblo Boulevard and Northern Avenue. The young lady at the counter seemed to be trying to talk me out of doing any business with them. She seemed bothered that I was there. There was no one else there. it took effort to try and pry any information about the phone plans from them. frankly I was surprised. Left frustrated.

Every time I go into this store, even when I am next in line, it takes the better part of an hour just to get waited on, despite the fact there are at least 2 staff members standing around doing nothing. I am switching to at&t because this company has no idea what customer service is!

This store is awful. I'm pretty sure the manager helped us today and Ive never experienced a more hateful person in customer service. From the get go, we walked in, not a single other customer in the store, and he was SO rude. Immediately. All we said was that we had a few plans related questions. Once we mentioned that we were thinking about leaving Verizon but wanted to compare some numbers and options because we hadn't decided yet, he got even worse. He talked to my husband like he was an idiot for thinking he could return the phone he just bought. Which, turns out, he could return it with no issue at all. Once we had had enough, returned the phone, he basically said the provider we were switching to sucks and that 75% of his customers that leave come back within 45 days. I stated that I thought we'd be okay and that $60 a month for two lines was way better than $200. He interrupted me and said he'd rather pay $200 if it meant his phone actually worked and he could make a phone call. And if we switch he "can not and will not" help us get the pin to cancel. Cool. Anyways, we left and immediately cancelled our family plan, and got an unlimited plan at Xfinity for $30 a line, get one line free. So, if you're tired of Verizon yanking you around, check out Xfinity! They use Verizon towers and we haven't had an issue! Thanks Verizon for showing us we were better off switching carriers.

I did not expect to get treated so poorly the way that Randall treated my daughter & II went to that store for an in-store pickup for an IPhone 14 by appointment the 1st time I went he called Verizon & got the approval for the in store pick up but rather reran my credit & said I wasn't approved for the phone & had to pay the full amount So I called Verizon & told them what happened they looked up the order & said everything was approved already for the in store pick up with not having to pay the phone in full & to try once again so I did as soon as my daughter & I walked in he came around the counter & asked why did we come back I explained what was told to me by Verizon & he told me he would not help me & that they had no Iphone 14 in stock they were sold out & that I need to call Verizon & have THEM send the Iphone to me Im greatly disappointed this store should have someone check into how poorly functioning this store really is my 1st & last time going to that store

I've been with Verizon for at least 22 years. Coverage is great, but I'm sure they have interconnect contracts with every other provider. The customer service is absolutely despicable! I waited over 90 minutes to buy a new phone because their "techs" couldn't get my S10 to connect to my new watch5. Then I got a credit for turning in my old phone. Again, I waited over an hour to find out I needed to mail the old phone in. ??

Decided to completely skip me and go to someone else even though I was there first. Staff gives attitude and frowns upon your questions if you are trying to understand what you are committing too!

Paige, the floor manager, underestimated the time for an appointment. She is absolutely awful and rude. She overheard me speaking to another customer about the time she told me. She then told me nobody would help me, lied about being the general manager, and told me to leave and I could shop elsewhere. Weird strategy for customer service and sales. Waiting an hour and a half to be kicked out for calmly voicing a complaint.ironically, Lisa, over at the highway 50 third-party store was extremely helpful, extremely kind and wrapped me up within 15 minutes of getting there. she made Page the floor manager seem like an absolute amateur.*** since verizon replied *** Lisa is the only reason I didnt drop my service with Verizon. Paige should be reprimanded or fired for how she both handled her job and for lying about being the general manager of the store. Ive read in other reviews she’s threatened to call the police on customers complaining to her? She shouldn't be in any position of authority whatsoever.

Been here for 2 hours, waiting. We see various employees walk around and not help anyone. Then see a customer that came in after us be helped first. The business assocate wasn't friendly or helpful. Unacceptable.We left after 3 hours. Got nowhere. Went to the location on hwy 50, and had extremely good service with a friendly face.

What’s the point of having a store if you don’t carry any products?! I always have to order my phone and then I have to wait days to get my phone delivered from Ups bc they try delivering while I am not home, you have to sign for the package. So then I just have all these issues. If you carried items in your STORE, people wouldn’t be having these problems with delivery or their $2,000 dollar phone goes missing while being shipped! Now you have to setup your phone and do everything yourself. I swear this world is just getting more expensive and more lazy everyday! I wonder if it’s time to drop Verizon and go to a different service?
