Round 2 of purchasing from Donny Andrade. Buying cars can be a complete hassle unless you pair up with the superman of car sales. Donny asked that I let him shop for me. I was apprehensive due to the last time someone purchased for me, ending in utter failure.
I put all my trust in him, and boy did he deliver! 10/10 highly recommended!

Had some issues with my car about 3 months ago and took it to this dealership, was told it’s under warranty and they’ll fix it. Then I was quoted at one month to one year due to a part being on back order, so I had to call around and find a part for them only to find out from another dealership that the part they need is in the system and all they have to do is look.
Well after the part finally got replaced now there’s a bigger problem that all of the mechanics in the dealership are baffled by and can’t figure out the solution to the problem my car is having. So I got a corporate team to help them figure it out and ever since then my case manager and a actual manger there seem to hate corporate because they never answer their calls or my calls anymore. It’s been 15 days since they have said anything to corporate or myself. If you have an issue with your car just spend the money on a mechanic you’ll probably spend more money but you’ll have your car in a timely manner!

Went to alpine to last week and we had the pleasure of working with Ty, he was great and very helpful, he got us in what we wanted instead of pushing us to get something we didn’t want like other dealerships normally, very polite and out going definitely a good sales rep to reccomend!
