I tried to pay cash for some conditioner. They refused saying it was company policy i can only use a credit card. I complained and was holding my card to check out. Then they said that I was being unreasonable I will never give them my my business again.Colorado state law says they cannot refuse legal tender.

Went to get a hair cut and the lady said card only and I had cash, so I had to have someone send me money on my vennmo card and when I go to pay she said they take only vanilla cards.... wth! I point out the sign says they accept visa and Mastercard and no where is there sign that says no cash either,and the lady said it was new policy... vanilla is a gift card so I'm very confused especially with no signage about a new policy so we will be going elsewhere

I wrote review TODAY of SmartStyle located in the Dillion Dr. Walmart location in Pueblo, CO. THE PHOTOS DID NOT POST. As I stated SmartStyle barber "JEN" the worse haircut of my life and I was left with bald spots on both sides of my hair and the back of my head looking as bad a it can get. I made an appointment last week for 10am Friday morning and drove 80 miles to make it on time. I received the on-line confirmation. When I arrived they were not open. I waited for 35 minutes and no one arrived to open the shop, no one notified me of any problem. I called the phone number listed for this salon and the recording said that their answering feature had not been set up yet. I ended up booking an appointment at the Walmart in Pueblo West and Morgan did a great job. I won't bother with this salon again.

It was a nice pedicure, good massage. But didn't get my clear coat, thought I didn't see it but I did. And when I payed thought the hundred I gave them was payment and tip. A 42% tip, not likely.

Wait time 15-30 minutes. Cut only. Cost extra for shampoo and blow dry. Prices are high compared to experience of hair stylist.
