The head manager was very rude to his customers and clearly to his employees as well. Do not recommend going in while he's out on the floor.

Great selection of shoes! Would have liked some help on finding wide shoes for my daughter. Literally had her trying all the kid shoes with no luck, ended up just getting snow boats for her.

Went in on Sunday and finally found a pair of shoes I liked. No help or welcome from any staff. Upon arriving at checkout I'm informed that "the system has crashed and I am getting ready to shut the doors". I ordered on Skechers website so I don't have to deal with rude people

Refused to accept my return because I'm disabled. I'm autistic so I have difficulties understanding things sometimes and the lady took it as me just being difficult, and kicked me out.

Sometimes they have what I am looking for, most times they don't. But at least the store is organized so you can easily find sizes.

Shoes last maybe a week. We still do business here. Idk why. They've really need to repost their hours too. It's 10:35 and they're still not open. They don't take shoes back that fall apart. So don't bother trying.
