Well it got better for awhile and then it has slowly returned to a circus. For a while there was some traffic control, now people are back to doing whatever they want.
My last visit I finally got to a pump after dealing with the circus and the pump computer locked up. So back into the circus I went. No attendant to be found.
Which might explain the circus.
