I have a VCR that I use regularly, because I have sets of exercise workout videos that started out that way (as VHS tapes), before DVDs became the thing. The VCR ejection mechanism quit working, and after a search, I found Rapid Electronics and Ray, who said he could fix it. He did, and in a very timely manner, and now the VCR is working again, and I'm very happy!

When I first walked in the store, I was not greeted nor welcomed. Few gentlement talking and laughing on the back. 15mins later another gentleman walks in an finally notices me, telling me that the person who actually fixes the instruments is not there and I have to leave my item by a desk and an a orange note. (Maybe to some people doesn’t matter what type of customer services you get as long as your service gets done, but to some of us, it does matter that we get treated like we matter) anyway, moving on, I dropped off Item Early April and Didn’t hear back from anyone couple weeks later. I decided to call and I got told that they haven’t even checked item but they will. Another week or two went by and I called again since I still havent heard back. This time, they are waiting on parts and they will call me when its ready. A week later I DO get a phone call that its ready so then on a Monday in the month of Mid May driving from Colorado Springs to be there right at 10am they are closed and didnt come back until after 10:30am. I had to miss my 11am appointment in Colorado Springs because they decided to come in late. That was MY personal experience. So just a heads up about how the store looks, how you will be welcomed, how long it takes for an Item to get fixed and if they even go to work On time.
