From Shelby in scheduling to Landon, the Tech who serviced the furnace, everything went smoothly, and they both deserve big raises. I wouldn't recommend any other HVAC company.

Based on our experience, we can honestly say you can trust R&R to deliver quality and timely service at a fair price. Unlike other HVAC companies, we really appreciated that R&R took the time to troubleshoot our cooling issue and did not immediately look to rip and replace our system. Landon and Sheldon worked on our Ac problem, they were fast and very nice and polite and honest and professional! Sheldon came and diagnosed the problem then Landon came out the next morning and got the AC working ! If we ever have any other HVAC problems I will be calling them!

Impressed to say the least. Air conditioning wasn’t maintaining temp. Called on a Monday fully expecting a service appointment to take a couple weeks so I put an old window unit in to supplement until then, but Landon was at my house the very next day to see what the problem was. A part was needed which they obtained quickly and Landon was back Friday morning to install. To make things even better..they didn’t charge me a dime (tho I would’ve been just as happy with the service if charged for services rendered). Sheldon honored the warranty despite it being a little outside the window for it simply because the part that went bad shouldn’t have so soon. From the office lady, Shelby I believe, to Landon and Sheldon…you all are great, your professionalism and service is top notch in a time when that is hard to find. Highly recommend this crew!

We called our landlord about our A/C going out, and Landon called me the next morning and was at our door before 9am. Wonderful service and a great guy who didn’t mind explaining the issues and how he fixed everything. Thank you Landon and R&R. ?

Terrible, just plain terrible service. Called R&R out for a simple home AC coolant top off. Tech came out and verified that the system was operating properly and agreed that the system was low on refrigerant. The tech added 1.2 lb. of refrigerant (I looked) then charged me for 1.5 lb at $67.50 / lb. (Dishonest) The very next day I started to suspect that something was wrong. The system was working, but not nearly efficiently enough. After a few days it was barely working. Something was very wrong. I contacted the main office and after a conversation with a deeply unpleasant person in their office I realized that I had been ripped off. R&R wanted a huge amount to come out and diagnose their mistake. Unbelievable Thankfully, Pueblo has several, super talented, honest, fair, and reputable HVAC companies and I was able to get in touch with one. The new Company came out the same day I contacted them, diagnosed my system, and determined that R & R had overfilled the AC refrigerant damaging my unit. thanks R&R. Fortunately, my new HVAC company was able to quickly quote me a cost to repair the system, including parts for less than what R&R wanted to come out and diagnose the problem they created. What a scam. I guess that's why R&R isn't listed with the Pueblo BBB. R&R has a flash web page and they look like a reputable company. They are not. I've said my peace. You can believe me or not. Your choice. I just hate getting ripped off by gross incompetence and dishonest business practices. There are crooks. Plane and simple. My advice, avoid them at all costs. Pueblo has far too many honest, talented independent HVAC professionals to even risk doing business with R&R. It's your money.
