They had Horrible customer service they were very rude. They charged me $130 for a screen replacement and the screen wasn’t put on correctly, it messed up on me the next day now they refuse to fix it after they said to go back if we had any problems with it.

Excellent customer service, even though he ultimately wasn't able to help me. He's a real straight shooter, going so far as to recommend I get the battery replaced during my repair, rather than coming back through him.

I dropped and cracked the screen of my Samsung Galaxy note 9. I called around and got several quotes and was getting very discouraged. A friend told me to call Pueblo wireless doctor and I did. He fixed my phone and saved me over $100. It's good as new. He was great to work with. I highly recommend him.

Called a few times to get a repair done. Always says he'll call back as " he's in the field and can't properly set things up". Seems to always be one excuse after another

Got my screen from him for less than Amazon and it went above and beyond getting and returning the phone.
