Got a small local band and a couple of times our gear suffered the elements from outside.When I went to the dealer and the store to have my services done all the associates there just gave me a 1-800 number to call or tell me I had to ship stuff off myself.Needing items repaired a little faster than that I did a search for repair shops and ProTronics came up. After calling and then talking with Alex I felt a lot better and had my confidence with his service than the big wigs.Didn't take much to earn my business either. Fair prices. All of my equipment got a once over. Cleaned up and repairs made quickly. My group has been able to make it to the stages and jamming thanks to Alex and Velma.

Took him my xbox to put a new hdmi port in and and upon getting it back the power button is non responsive and video still won't show on my tv
