We wanted this place to be our go to place as they seem like nice people but after a few times there I said no.Too many problems with stuff that wouldn't fly in most mechanic shops.Leaving stuff loose then comes apart,not connecting all the wiring back and no accountability for parts cost or labor on the repair bill.It was having to take the vehicle back in a few cases that sealed our decision to never go back.

Most individuals tremble of having their vehicle serviced at a Transmission Shop. If ever patience, understanding, empathy, and true kindness were needed virtues, as in my case, both Mr. Thomas and Amanda took them to an unprecedented level. From the initial call placed, to the tow pick up, to the diagnosis and repair, Mr. Mechanic demonstrated a five star performance. If the reader of this review is in doubt as to the service center for their needed repair, I would ,with the highest possible recommendation, advise a call to be made to Mr. Mechanic.

Don't do it! I took my vehicle their for 2 simple repairs! Paid way too much and had to take it back and still have an issue
