I am very unhappy with this store. My SIL needed to pay cash for gas, and even though it is advised that people UNDER 16 SHOULD NOT OPERATE THE PUMP for gas, as it is even clearly labeled at the pump, it is not illegal for my 10 year old to prepay who I myself have asked to the do the same in the past with no problems, while her aunt who is a 38 year old adult is pumping the gas, that way she could be outside with her younger children who are 5 and under. My SIL was refused service, they wouldn't even let my SIL pay inside herself and they even turned off the pump she was at so she couldn't used her credit card that she has for her business because the staff are misinformed on what the laws actually are. The staff was so rude not only towards my child but actually started screaming at my SIL and made my child uncomfortable with the situation.
I could understand if my child was by herself and pumping the gas by herself, as she is only 10 but actually very mature for her age, but she wasn't alone. She had an adult who was actually being the one to operate the pump and was just trying to help by prepaying so my nieces weren't left in the car alone.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I know it’s just a gas station and don’t expect five star service. But this is one of the worst Loaf N Jug I’ve gone to. Been in there just a handful of times and all the cashiers are beyond rude. Always nice and courteous to them, never even met them, but all I get back is this nasty mean girl attitude from those women. They don’t even have lids that fit the right cups and when you ask them they brush you off like it’s an inconvenience to them. Do your job and if you’re so miserable work somewhere else. Will never go here again.

Normally this is our go to gas station we are in there almost daily. We have looked passed other issues, bathrooms closed at random times, messes by the fountain drinks, clerk saying air machine only took quarters only to find out at the time it only took cards ( after we got quarters). But tonight clerk refused to take our money because it was change. $9.25 in change and she absolutely refused to take it we even had it separated into dollars for her!!!! Not happy will be contacting management!!!!

Not open 24/7 , 1:30 am closed , been there at 3 am closed and one of the ladies at work the night shift asked me for my pin number when I was using my debit card I actually gave it a month later. I had an unauthorized charge from Apple which my bank care of that unauthorized charge but they should not be asking for pin numbers.

Decent store. This loaf always seems busier than the others, maybe that is because of its location. Staff here is not very friendly, not even the hot Hispanic dude ?? ??
