This is hands down the WORST pharmacy I have ever worked with. I have requested auto fill since I moved here 11 months ago. I lived in Denver for 10 years and NEVER had a problem. Now I can't get my meds. Every time I call they have an excuse why my meds didn't auto fill and it's always my fault. I'm completely out of meds for my auto immune disease, cholesterol, and diabetes. I asked that it be put on auto fill. An argument ensued, and she hung up. I called back to find out when my prescriptions would be ready, after the phone rang for 10 minutes, she went after me again. All I wanted to know is when my prescriptions would be ready. They will be filling 1 prescription and I will be moving to a different pharmacy. There are way too many pharmacies to put up with horrible service. I should have changed when my Denver people said they didn't know what they are doing. Too bad they can't live up to the service I got in Denver. If you have had bad service change pharmacies, it's actually very easy.

Poor customer service. I was told my prescription didn't go threw and they didn't get it. When I had just had it refilled threw PCHC for my prenatals, a employee looked it up for me, told me my insurance covers it. Which I already knew that. She also proceeded to tell me her manager doesn't like to order things for medicaid . Because she doesn't like to do the extra work. I think a new manager is needed. This is awful.

I'll never go to this pharmacy again lady was rude as Sh!t told me I had to wait till Monday for a very important prescription then as I'm already driving home they call and say it's ready didn't make no sense I feel like she hates her job and treats ppl like there less then never again!!

Always have issues with getting prescriptions. Took months to get my medication that I usually get once a month. March 25, 2023 went in to pick up prescriptions and asked if the doctor sent it over they lied saying it wasn't sent March 27, 2023 at 3:20p.m. they wouldn't fill that same prescription because they say you can get it over the counter they charge extra money to fill and I told her that I can cover that. She was extremely rude and just hung up on me. She also stated she was the manager. You can't just scream at me and than hang up. Instead of telling me why they couldn't in the first place would have been helpful. My doctor just kept sending prescriptions because at first they just kept saying it was because they didn't receive anything from my doctor. August 27, 2023 at 4:44pm I called to get prescriptions refilled and the lady on the phone lied saying I haven't gotten a prescription there before. I've gotten all my medication there and doctors have to put multiple orders in because they say they don't have it, it was sent to a location in another town that's 3 hours away or that I don't get that prescription.

Over the course of 30+ years, I've experienced everything at this store - from friendly, helpful service to being ignored by floor staff and management. I left this store a couple of years ago - for about six months - to shop elsewhere, due to their management staff completely ignoring my requests for contact on their surveys. My return to this store was pleasant enough for a while, and then it was back to being ignored by staff on the floor and having to interrupt their non-business conversations just to get help. Over the past couple of months, I have requested contact from store management five or six times - and am again being ignored. Even an email to Kroger corporate has proven futile. As a result, I have moved my grocery business elsewhere and will continue to spend my money at other brands. I have made it plain to this local store in survey comments that they have lost about 95% of my business as a result of not caring enough to even send me an email in response. I intend to shop only their Deli department, since that department treats me as though they appreciate my business and have excellent products as well. I know one of the store managers personally, and he is the only member of management who has ever made a sincere efforts to improve issues over the past few years. Without some compelling reason to spend my grocery money at King Soopers, I'll be driving further, possibly paying more for some items, and giving up their fuel points . . . but sometimes integrity is more important than saving a few bucks.

Worst experience. The techs are rude and unhelpful and I question if the pharmacist is even qualified to be there due to her lack of knowledge in general. There is a Walgreens 50 feet away. Go there instead.
