i bought a ps4 and they went to the back to test it, brought it back rang me up and let me leave. i got home and tried to turn it on but it’s in safe mode when they told me it was working.

Would rate a zero but can’t. They had a teenager behind the counter and was giving rude comments about the stuff I was pawning when he had nothing to do which the situation. Turns out he’s not employed there because he’s a teenager!!! They just let kids go behind the sales counter and just do whatever they want. Definitely don’t recommend doing ANY business with these people.

Katrina here has been very helpful in guiding me on purchases. Even after I have been a bit difficult she made sure that I knew my balance and dates. After dealing with the loss of my father and not having my head on straight. She offered condolences but was always very professional and in helping me with purchases. They are theives. I've been a great customer for 4 years. New girl took over, lied about our ring from Walmart. Said it was fake diamonds, however it's the sentimental , value. I bought it for my wife. So, we pawned it. We got $6.00 on it. Girl managing now was there. She knows they talked me into keeping it. When we went to get it out, Old manager, Tina, says, well it's locked in a safe and I don't have a key right now. They stole our $100 dollar Ring. In a case selling it for $400! Then when we confront them the ring has disappeared from there. Liars and theives. Don't recommend anyone to go there.

Great selection. Prices on blu rays are overpriced though. other pawn shops are 2 dollars for blurays, this place charges 4 or 3 for 10.

Employees were late in arriving, and didn't open until after 10:15 am. Very flat in attitude and didn't smile. Wasn't the best.

“ We buy guns and gold” I call BS on that. I’ve been pawning my gold maple leaves for years at this place and all of a sudden I have to deal with this chick I normally don’t deal with and she pulls this scrap metal magnet out of her pocket and waves it vigorously across my coin and somehow made it move a little, she then claims it’s fake even though I pawned this several times (at this place) and have a good history with them (5 yrs!) and I buy from Apmex so it’s guaranteed. (Also FYI I sold said coin to Pocket Change, she tested it with her machine and offered me spot price.) I’ll never set foot in this place again

I'd give it less of a rating if I could. Rude, low ball offers, (got twice what they offered just down the street) refuse to answer the most basic of questions like, can I pay online? Would definitely never go back

Employees are only rude to the people that are rude to them. I've been here multiple times over 18ish years. They've always been polite, non judgemental and usually offer what I've needed if not more. Will continue to do business when needed. Thx First Cash SS

Hey for one thing people should learn how to spell before you burn bread on other people and Dulci is good person honest and fair I recommend this shop over any other place I have pawned at Maybe people need to look at how your acting towards somebody who just doing their job!!!!!!

One of the best pawn shops to visit Great customer service Tina the store manager is very knowledgeable definitely going to visit again i pawn shop quite a bit and First cash is one of the best highly recommend.
