I had to find out the name of the employee Trina from the manager Nicole. Trina did not want to give me her name. They should be wearing name tags and they are not. Trina first had a bad attitude and was rude before I paid. She did not want to count the money before handing it to me to make sure it was right and told me to do it. She did not give me the correct amount after I counted it. I asked to speak to the manager Nicole. During my conversation with Nicole she really did not care about my complaint. And even basically stated that. I asked her who is the district manager and she said Valerie McWilliams. She did not want to give me her contact information. I will never spend another penny at this store

Me n my 3 yr old son went into the store today like we do everyday ther was 3vworkers...2 women and a man..one of the girls said there that nasty bith who was with my man....mind u I never met this wome or her man...the staff started calling me names at one point the girl said come on let's go!!!! I guess she wanted to fight..I was so terrified me n my son were forced to put our things down n were told to get tf out of the store....idk if she thought I was someone else???but either way thers a time n place my son was so scared n couldn't understand y he couldn't shop..I left in tears I was humiliated and threatened in front of other customers n my son! I'm still unsure if I should notify police...it was a very hostile situation can someone plz tell me who to notify so this never happens again....I will never shop at dollar stores ever again...I am in absolute shock....

The manager is very nice he acknowledges you when you walk in. Everyone is working. If you need help someone is always available to help. When you go to check out your asked if you were able to find everything you were looking for.

Today my son was hospitalized because he got bear maced by one of the family dollar employees. Less than a foot from his face. It is illegal to spray a human being with bear mace let alone a foot away in a store with it open. I'm thankful there were no children present. This is a matter that will be reported to corporate as well as my lawyer.

Went in around Christmas time. I had traveled for an hour to come to this store to buy toys, after I pitch’s get over $100 on toys I asked if I could use the restroom, “Herbert”, quietly looked at his cashier and nodded” no.”. Herbert is apparently the store manager, I went back in today, and he was the rudest RUDEST man. He was checking today, and was flat out rude!. He needs to find a different job if this is the type of attitude a “manager” is going to have!! I will never come back in this store again!
