Always out of stock, cluttered, disorganized, and overall dirty. Price labels are not accurate, likely due to the fact they haven't been changed in years. I don't know what a company expects when there is generally only one person there most of the time.

I drove an hour to go shopping, Asked to use the restroom and was told " we don't have any public restrooms. " Even though there were signs on the bathroom door that said to "ask Cashier for key." Unfortunately they lost my business because of it. ?

Very bad store, the cashier was getting high outside and was having issues ringing everyone up. But the manager Patti really needs to learn some customer service as well as respect for her customers. She picked up my items and just walked away after having a fit that I had a coupon acted like I was stealing from the store and tried to bully us because we use coupons. I will not return till they can be retrained in customer service

I go to this particular Dollar General often since I live close by. The selection could be better, and the prices certainly aren't the lowest, but it's convenient, and the employees are really great. They always greet you when you walk in (which isn't very common nowadays) , are friendly, and are very efficient in checking out when there is a line. They are really what justifies the 5 star rating.
