NOT YOUR BIKE SHOP!!!
They may be great at other things: they might build your bike fine, and they even repaired my flat fine.
BUT, they are in no hurry to service your bike.
After two days, I hadn't heard anything from them and called to see if they could find my odd-sized inner tube. They hadn't even looked. I offered to order from Amazon, and they were grateful.
Five days after dropping off the tubes, still no word. I went down to pick up my bike. It was abandoned on the repair vice, but the work was completed. So I grabbed it and paid for it. But I don't know how much longer I would have waited if I wasn't proactive.
In Aurora, I never waited longer than a day at our old bike shop. Maybe I am just impatient. You can judge for yourself.

Caleb was extremely helpful today and I'm the new proud owner of a Horizon Fitness T 101 GO treadmill.
I'll definitely return to this location.

It's a small facility, they try to keep up kind of hard to do with a small area.

The store wasn't very crowded the sales people on the floor were very helpful and the cashier was very pleasant

I was getting a putter and driver regripped and they were very helpful and had it done very quickly. I always take my clubs there for any kind of service

Walked in and asked for help and the guy walked past and told his buddy to help me without even acknowledging me. Looked for woman's black boots and they had none.

I am not a hard person to please but it isn’t easy to impress me. I dish out all of the criticism when it’s due but love to emphasize my delight when people go above and beyond. I’ve worked in retail stores before and know it’s hard to please everyone- but that’s exactly why I think reviews are so important. Today I just want to praise their assistant manager (I believe named Tonya) for truly going above and beyond to looking through racks of black Nike shorts to find the one style in the medium that I needed- literally on her hands and knees sorting. Your efforts were appreciated- I hope your associates take note as well as your corporate partners. You rock!

I have shopped at this location many times in the past and it was always well taken care of and welcoming. Today the store looked deserted and I actually felt very unsafe parking. There was trash blowing everywhere, a dirty porter potty not far from the front entrance and the store’s interior looked in as much disarray as the outside. I’ll be making the trek to Scheels in Colorado Springs for my purchases from now on.

An absolutely terrible experience today.My wife wanted the hot pink Stanley Cup. Shipment came in today. All of the store associates did a great job letting us know when they’d be available, what to do when today came, etc…I called this morning and asked if they were available. Associate told me yes and put the item on hold for me. I told them I’d be around on my lunch break.Came in on my lunch break to the news that they had gotten an online order for ALL OF THEM. A reseller was sold my wife’s cup. There NEEDS to be some sort of disclaimer ahead of time when putting items on hold. If I would’ve know this would’ve happened I would’ve came in earlier.Terrible experience. Don’t put items on hold, don’t expect the best from this store.
