“A big corporation like Khols is a wonder place to shop when you step through that door you feel like you have walked into a time portal because of all the love and attention you receive when you walk in I'll support this corporation until the day I die and if you have a problem or something arises you may need to take a closer look at yourself and how you could of handle the situation better because everyone I've met a kohls is absolutely marvelous and the customer service is 20-star rating in my book so go and enjoy the great atmosphere and feel all the love that kohls do every day for every one you get treated fairly and most of all equally they really only see one race the human race if anyone would love to follow me and help out check out my Amazon wish list and support me as I go around doing reviews for different companies I've also a secret shopper so always be professional”

“I had no intention of buying anything as I aimlessly walked the Walmart aisles waiting for my car tire to be replaced from an unfortunate event that happened hundreds of miles away in Rotan, NM the day before. It was a blessing in disguise that the Electronics associate, Mr. Filbert, was attentive and took the initiative to ask if I needed any help. Our conversation progressed to lighthearted speak of both our prior military experience. I realized afterwards how much his attentiveness & kindness through conversation impacted me that day and I'm sure influenced me to continue my drive to my destination (driving time alone, one way was 19+hours) in a much better frame of mind. I even ended up buying a great deal ($15) of a phone case (much better quality and price than the one I had my eye on browsing online) so it was a win-win that day for everyone! Thank you, Mr. Filbert and I hope the Dillon Walmart management will recognize your great customer service.”

“Last week, my handicapped self went to FD on Elizabeth Street. And all I have to say is KUDOS to each staff member in the store. From the cashier who price checked items, rang me up, double bagged everything & it wasn't just one or two items either... To the second employee who helped her bag all my stuff & to the store manager who, along with the second employee - CARRIED MY BAGS TO MY CAR! WHAT? Who does that? Evidently FAMILY DOLLAR EMPLOYEES ON ELIZABETH Street! Thank you ladies from the bottom of my heart for giving me top notch service. This is true customer service. Being my first time in that particular store, they made sure I'll be back to that side of town to shop at their FD! Thanks ladies!!A HAPPY CUSTOMER!”
