I think I'd better change companies because they don't serve you with respect and professionalism, like sending you to another store (not cricket) to buy another phone and come back and activate it with them ???

Cricket 1648 w Us Hwy 50, Pueblo, Co 81008 Store # 70180432 is a very Friendly Place to get Phones, and Accessories. Lucinda, Kendal and Alex are great at their jobs and finding the right fit for us. Even had a nice chalk board.

Isaiah was the one “helping” us we weren’t even greeted when we walked in for starters all he said was “what do you guys want” we told him all we needed was a new phone and was just unhelpful the entire time. we went somewhere else to buy a phone and went back to set it up and he said he’s gonna have to charge us $10 for the setup and then told us it’s gonna take an hour or two after starting the process all while knowing the phone needs wi-fi to set up and leaving could ruin the whole process. So we asked if we could just wait a little longer to see if it works and he specifically stated “i mean i guess that’s up to you guys i gotta close up shop so y’all gotta leave soon” mind you he had it all closed up a whole hour early and so we had to wait in the car to set up the phone and told me how to set it up because it got too close to 7 so here he is charging me $10 to do his job and the QR code sent to my email which he stated wouldn’t expire says it is no longer valid when we went to set up the phone. don’t go here if you do don’t go to ISAIAH MADRID dude is a joke

I Really Like Cricket as A Provider Have Been With The Company Since They Set Up Shop In Southern Colorado, The Service is Great The Staff Is Pretty Inviting Having Been Cheated and Burned By Other Cell Companies T-hat MOBILE Company Shall Remain Unnamed ? I Was In Search of a Provider That Fit My Hectic Long Travel Needs at a Fair Rate I've Been Coast To Coast 3rd and Beyond and Have Yet To Come Out With a Bad Reception Area They are Definitely KICH Radio and J.Sizzle Approved!
