I could not have asked for a better experience. Car was initially scheduled for an appointment, which was easy to schedule. Car had to be towed in, and they were able to diagnose quickly and called me with an explanation of repair and cost. It was repaired quickly the same day. Friendly and efficiently.

I could not put into words how much stress this place has saved me! We drive over an hour! Are willing to even pay to have our vehicles towed here because of the peace of mind. This is not a place where you would have to worry about price gouging , or mistakes or the horror stories you hear about some places. RELIABLE, HONEST, AFFORDABLE AND EFFICIENT!! Whether anyone reads this review or not i just want to let this business know that peace of mind is beyond measure and i feel safe putting my children, myself and my family in your hands.

Don't waste your time they may be good at there jobs or not I can't say because the wouldn't even entertain the idea of accepting any new business at least that's what they told me.

went to drop our truck off today to get repaired. The woman kept repeating herself "Are you a customer"? My husband told her yes about 3 times. She was incredibly rude. She kept talking about how they are partially open & closing down. a so why can't you send a notice to your CUSTOMERS AND LET THEM KNOW? We WILL BE CANCELING our appointment. We will not be giving out hard earned money to rude people that act like they don't want or service when that's the business they are IN!!!!!
BYEEEEEE!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Compact used to be great, but not anymore. Had my truck in 3x for the brakes and they never could get it right. Had my oil changed and the filter almost fell off in my hand. I let them know and they didn't even respond!Services: Oil change

Overpriced and don't stand behind their work. Spent thousands with them and now have to take my vehicles elsewhere for proper repair.I had a very similar experience as the review left by Gary Quintana.It's a shame because they were referred to me by someone who had used them for years, but it seems their business model is changing.

The lady answered phone rudely I ask if they do head gaskets she replied uhhh yeah I ask how much they would charge then tells me there don't accept new customers. So Maybe they should take there buisness off the internet since they dont accept new customers
