Communication is literally non existent, and the "refurbished" washer and dryer I got literally didnt make it through 4 lpads of laundry before completely failing. I can't even fathom why they are still in buisness. DO NOT GO HERE!

Rude and didn't communicate. They were asked weeks ago if they could pick up my mothers dryer that was in the basement which they said they could do at the time, however when the time came they never showed up. Called after they didn't show and no answer. Finally got a hold of them again and the man said he wouldn't do it if it's in the basement because it's would be a liability, which is fine but why not state that to begin with of that was the case. The man then hung up on my mother and when she called again he was immensely rude. Do not recommend nor will ever use them. Scum.

Super sketchy. After deciding on a used refrigerator from the store, a time was set for pickup. The days leading up to and day of pick up there was zero communication, no contact, unable to be reached, store closed and he missed out on a sale. I'm very glad we did not pay ahead of time or put down a deposit.

Owner is honest,but is nevvvvvver at the business regularly. Hit/miss. Have to call and meet and hopefully he’s there. Totallyyyyy unreliable. Typical Pueblo.

Tom you're the best! Cleaned my oven and during wipe out l lifted bottom element it sparked. Called Appliance King Tom checked element still good. With help of pics Tom rebuilt the wire that fried. Took apart and resembled the same way. Tom, I had no parts left over ? I'm back cooking with electricity!Thank you Tom!
