The employees r courteous and respectful. Store is always clean. Have same staff which is nice. Dianne is amazing and the store would truly miss their biggest asset if she wasn't there

This is the best 7-11 in the city the employees are really chill and their porch and parking lot doesn't have tons of homeless or panhandlers as they enforce their 'no loitering' law with an iron fist ?. They have a self checkout that is helpful for those who want to be in and out and not wait in line. The rewards program works however it slows down the registers when someone puts their number in. The graveyard employees are some of the coolest folks there, there's usually two during the weekday and there's a different employee on the weekends but all in all they're really cool with everyone. I have seen some employees chase down thieves and more than half the time they return with their merchandise. Don't think you can walk in there and steal and not receive any kind of reprimanded the employees here do not mess around when it comes to thieves. It's 4 stars because this location doesn't have the cheeseburger roller grill food but that's a Sacrifice I'm okay with. The employees are very sharp and remember their regulars names and items they get before they walk in the door. Plus this location doesn't have that HORRENDOUS opera music playing they always have some oldies or classic rock even hip hop playing in the store. This is the BEST 7-11 in pueblo hands down!

Service is fast, friendly, and consistent. The stores always clean. I have always had good experiences when going to this particular 7/11; others aren’t as good as this one impo.

I am a long time 7 rewards member. I went into the store today for chips and decided on 7-Select Cheese Puff 3.2 oz bags because they were priced at $1.00 per bag AND Buy 1 get 1 free. Upon check out I was charged $1.49 x2. I showed the clerk the shelf where they were priced (yellow tags) $1.00 AND Buy 1 get 1 free.Clerk confirmed I was right but did not honor the deal as advertised because the register did not reflect that pricing.
