The Pueblo West Walmart - online shopping service is horrible! They don't carefully shop for produce, they just throw anything in there even if it is not good, such as over-ripe fruits and vegetables as well as bruised or moldy vegetables. They often ask for substitutes even when I know the product is on the shelf. Seriously Walmart doesn't have bananas?? Either way our most recent experience was a complete waste of our time. First they send me a text my order is delayed, then later they sent one that said it was ready, but at the same time another text came through saying I had substitutions. They didn't give us any time to address the substitutions before the order was ready, strange how can they say the order is ready before I had a chance to address the substitutions. They have a sign with a phone number but when you call it nobody answers and they have a recording for another number to call, when you call that number nobody answers. And what was so frustrating as long as it took to get our groceries, we could have just went in and shopped for ourselves. Finally, WALMART CAN YOU TEACH YOUR STAFF HOW TO PROPERLY BAG GROCERIES!!!! PATHETIC!

Ya there's great prices but would it really kill you Walton family to have your employees actually care and give good service , plus why always such a skeleton crew all the damn time for checkout lanes... 4 total for a whole store really?? Its sad how walmart doesnt care about service just profit
Update: the pueblo west location is far better than any other Walmart in Pueblo, I like how things are t really locked up and the staff is way nicer and willing to help

I hate the "new" updated Walmart. Prices are too high now, not enough choice & laid out so it's too hard to find anything. Even the grocery end is so stupid the way it's set up & they only carry a few brands & did away with a lot of products! Takes me twice as long to find things & extra walking (with my already hurting feet)!

I was treated with such disrespect at this store. I have been coming here for years, not that anyone from Walmart cares. All I wanted was for them to honor a special they had online, but was told it was for the silver item not the black. They would not honor their advertised price. There was nothing distinguishing online the difference. Never felt so uncared for as a customer.

Very clean. The floors look great. Employees are very helpful and kind. Other customers' shopping need to learn how to treat people. Customers are outwardly rude to employees. Chill.

Pwest walmart is the cleanest store in pueblo. They have what I feel is better selection and always keep their shelves stocked.

No stars I been calling all day to let the manager know that they are selling Milo’s Sweet Tee that is over a month and half old very rude manager team lead told me she has to talk with supervisor on the matter for the public help there was no concern it was how can I make this problem go away we’ll Walmart there will be a lawsuit!!! Beware PW!!! All people over the United States look before you give your kid anything from them!!!! Unprofessional you should care about the community this is a shame how does this happen by the way they had no milk inventory was low as it gets and this jug was supposed to be sold by March 27 which means Milos tea company made this December 28 2023 T2 on the jug!!!!!
