We are first time mattress buyers. We had a lot of questions and didn’t know what we were looking for. Neal explained every mattress option to us, based off of our feedback in the store. He was very patient and knowledgable. He then outlined the cost of each mattress to try to fit our needs and budget. We will never shop anywhere else for another mattress. We recommend you going here if you need to buy a mattress. Thank you, Neal!

Update: it's now over three weeks after we paid cash for a very pricy mattress that was estimated to be delivered in two to three weeks, and they have not delivered, as promised, don't answer the phone and won't return calls. They have not called to update the status of our delivery. I think we have been more than patient but that's starting to run low. I'll be happy to update when I hear back AND we have delivery.
Delivery was completed without incident. The guys were super nice. I do question why we were told there were no delivery guys available when they told us that they did deliveries before and after ours.
Sara, the AI that texts you after they miss calls will get confused. Go easy on her.
My husband and I opened the door, and we were immediately greeted by a guy wearing blue silky pajamas. He was fantastic! I can't stand a hard sell environment, and that's what I was expecting when we walked in, but it wasn't that way at all. Dane really took the time to explain new technology, demonstrate it to us, and visit with us as humans along the way. We purchased our mattress here, and we're incredibly happy with our choice and how we were treated as customers. I hope I don't have to buy another mattress any time soon, but if I did, this is the place. I would recommend this place to anyone. Got a cool gummy bear bottle, too!!

Loved the dream mapping to learn what mattress I should be sleeping on. The staff is amazing! Had fun at the grand opening. Highly recommend Matt and his Snooze team to help you get the best sleep.

Gorgeous new showroom and super nice staff! I attended the Grand Opening yesterday and won a door prize of a new Sealy mattress! I so have needed a new mattress, but it hasn't been in the budget, so this was a blessing!!! Thank you Snooze!

Personnel were excellent they were very helpful we both love are pillows. Let us take pillows home to try before you buy so you know what you are getting. Again the Staff were excellent.

I ordered three queen mattress from Snooze in Pueblo West. Dana was great in helping select our mattresses and ordering was fast and easy. The mattresses did take weeks to come in but was given an update when I called in to check on arrival.
The two young men that delivered the mattress need retraining. They were taking the mattress down our basement stairs very rough, letting the mattresses slide down without support causing damage to our walls.
We love the quality of mattress but delivery needs work.
