Denny is your guy if you need a transmission! I had my truck back within 4 business days with a brand new transmission! Zero leaks and zero issues 500miles later. Also got a 3 year nationwide warranty with it and paid exactly what I was quoted. He won’t try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don’t need and will explain what he thinks the best option is.

If they had a minus star, I'd give them that. I've had nothing but problems ever since spending all my savings on a new transmission they charge the delivery fee because , they say it costs them, but I found out they do not get charged from where they order transmission from. It's not the tyranny but the installers. I'm still finding bolts that are gone, not put back in, bolts falling half way out, 4x4 shift rod fell off. They put my muffler hangar on backwards so I had a screeching as it rubbed against body of truck. I brought my truck in, yet my guy friend was the one he talked to. Why would he talk to that guy and not to me? It is MY truck. Oh...I'm a girl...Ladies, beware. I should NOT BE UNDER MY TRUCK PUTTING BOLTS IN WHERE THEY DIDNT. FOR 5K OUCH!!!! I'm very pissed. I'm still under warranty but out of state and stuck because of this. Take precautions people!!

I would give them 10 stars if i could! I dropped off my car last Thursday, 9-21-23, with a major leak coming from my transmission. I got a call back that afternoon letting me know what the problem was and a couple of solutions. I was told it was going to be around $3,600+tax, so a total of around $3,800 to fix it. The bill was $3,469 out the door and had my car back about a week later on Friday, 9-29-23. I have never left a shop paying less than the bid was. I was also shown the bad parts when I picked up my Cadillac. This is the most honest shop I have ever worked with, and if I ever have any other cars in the future that need transmission work, I will be bringing them here without a doubt.

These guys are great! I took my Jeep in. I told them that other people had told me that I should get my transmission looked at. I explained what the car was doing. And they set off to work. Now, it probably took them all of three minutes to figure out it wasn't the transmission. They could have just called me and told me it wasn't the transmission and sent me on my way. But they didn't do that. They took it for a drive and did an inspection. And decided it was the braking system. Then they called me with the outcome and a recommendation as to where I could get it fixed. They really went above and beyond.
