Called last week to set an appointment to replace my back passenger window showed up today between there scheduled time frame Leon the guy that installed the new window was very nice and quick would recommend Glass America to anyone needing any vehicle windows replaced very fast as well

Got a quote which was over $100 less than Safelite. They were in touch very quickly, and set up an appointment for two days later which was sooner than I expected. Thomas was in contact starting morning of the appointment and throughout the day. Arrived the right when he said he would, and finished just as I was leaving work. Make sure they quote you for the windshield you actually need. I gave them my VIN and somehow they still got it wrong which delayed my replacement a few days. You may also want to Google what to do after a replacement because they are unlikely to communicate any of that either BUT when they had the right windshield, the replacement process was timely and easy. They will come to you or offer you a shop location to drop the vehicle if you prefer. Overall, I'm pretty content and pricing was not the lowest I was quoted by other places but also not the most expensive either.

Thee worst company I have ever dealt with. The job they did was horrible, it took three visits to install a passenger door window! From the dispatcher, who knew nothing about the glass business, to the technicians, it was a very bad experience! On top of not doing as great job, glass was left between the new glass and the rubber, when I told the dispatcher this, she responded with, "we are not an auto body shop"! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!!! I would not have given the one star, but I had to, to leave a review! Awful, awful, AWFUL!

Rick came out to my house and replaced my rear window. Called when he was on his way and when he arrived. Answered all of my questions, vacumed the car after he was done, was great to work with would definitely recommend.

Definitely would NOT recommend these people. The man told me someone would call or message my phone to let me know they were on the way, and they would be scheduled to do my windshield at 9:00 A.M, didn't hear from them so decided to call (10:45) and ask if they were going to be able to make it at some point today. The customer service rep said just to be on the look out because it said they were in route. After I waited looking out the window for an hour n a half I decided to just move on with my dad sense I wasted my whole morning waiting, they show up as soon as it started snowing (12:45) and said he didn't feel comfortable doing the window because of the moisture, so I offered that he can do my truck in my garage and he had an excuse for everything to not do the windshield. Big waste of time so I Definitely wouldn't recommend anyone els waste their time.

My insurance set up windshield replacement with this company. On a 3 way call with Glass America, I was told someone would call between 0800 and 0900 to confirm the window. By 0930, no one called so I called. I was told that someone would call me in 40 minutes with that information. I ended up getting a number to call that was a manager so I could inform them that their notificaiton system was not working and to report the treatment I got from the person on the phone. The manager told me that someone would be to my location between 1 and 4pm. I confirmed that I would be safe to leave if I was back by 1 and was told yes. I got a call at 1143 that Glass America was at my house to do the job and no one was home. I returned the call 4 minutes later and the person was already gone and wouldn't be able to do the job till the next day. I was given the workperson's number and told to talk him. He was so bad that I gave up and said nevermind, I will ask my insurance to use another company. No communcation between them and me other than the initial setup and no communication between themselves not to much two of the four people I talked to today, would not listen to me, insisted Iwas wrong and got very unprofressional with me. I now have wasted day and no new windshields.
