Jose and his crew recently replaced my roof after one of the bigger hail storms this spring took its toll. He dealt with all of the back and forth w the insurance company, always keeping me in the loop, advocated to get more covered than the adjuster initially approved, explained my insurance coverage in lay terms so I could understand, did a phenomenal job, and was meticulous with his clean up process. I hope I don’t need a new roof any time soon but if I do, Jose is who I’m calling.

Juan and his teams have done excellent work. They did it fast, estimates were accurate, workers were quiet, respectful and the result is superb. They also cleaned up after themselves! We highly recommend Juan and Solano Exteriors and we will likely reach out again when we need work done on our property.

Jose and team deserve 10 stars. We had a roof with significant damage. Everything needed to be replaced. The roof was extremely old and gutters were not up to code. Jose took care of everything including dealing with our insurance company. He met the adjuster several times to go over the damage. We didn't have to do anything. Our roof is very large. He had a team of about 11 people show up. The entire team was extremely professional and very nice to deal with and talk to. I've never been excited about a roof, but it came out beautifully. The roof is so much nicer. The gutters now have covers. (We live in the mountains and we need covers to prevent pine needles and leaves from building up).More importantly, we thought our attic fans were broken. Jose put so many layers of protection and sealant that it turns out that our attic fans were fine. The roof was so bad that it was causing wind to get into our attic which then caused it attic fans to bang nonstop during storms.Our roof wouldn't have made it through another winter. Jose and the team came by several times to clean up. I don't have any "before" pictures. But I'm posting pics of our new roof.We are so happy that we are now having him do additional work on the exterior of our house. We, also, have a 2nd home that he will be checking out next.Finally, Jose is honest. There are a lot of bad roofers out there. We referred a friend to him. He told our friend that their roof was in good shape. He makes his money on replacing roofs, but he was honest on his assessment of theirs.We will continue to refer him to friends and family.Services: Gutter repairs

AWESOME experience! Communication with them was great. I was out of state while repairs were done and they kept me updated along the way sending me pictures and letting me know the status of the roof being replaced. They coordinated with my insurance and made it a very easy process. I would absolutely recommend Solano Exteriors to anyone!

Amazing job!! Wish I could give six stars. Jose was super friendly and professional from start to finish. He and his team came out and took the time to do a superb job installing new gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards on my house. Jose even made a follow up trip out to my house in Como after I had gotten some rain just to make sure everything was working perfectly and was aesthetically to my pleasing. Talk about above and beyond! Was very grateful he was willing to come out to Park County and still provide top-notch service. Thank you so much!

From start to finish, Jose was professional, honest, kind, and friendly. And I can say the same about his installation team. One of the most poignant things about the entire process was when Jose and his team went to pick up materials, and the metal was NOT up his standards. He let us know immediately, and said we’d have to wait a couple weeks to get the color we wanted. We were totally ok with this because we definitely didn’t want poor looking gutters! While we were waiting for the new metal to arrive at the supplier, we had a huge rainstorm that flooded a portion of our garage. I let Jose know, and he IMMEDIATELY said he drive right over with Shopvacs and sump pumps and help us clean. Now, that is ABOVE AND BEYOND. Jose provides upper echelon service and quality, and he is your best choice for gutters in the Pine/Conifer/Bailey/Evergreen area!!!!

I had heard about Jose Solano with Solano Exteriors by word-of-mouth and I am telling anyone who mentions home repairs about this company. Very professional job at a fair cost for installing gutters and I also opted for leaf guards. He even brought a hail-damaged vent cap to my attention, so I took him up on the offer to replace it, and he matched the paint perfectly! He communicates clearly and in a timely manner, collaborating very well with the homeowner. He explained options and the process, then inspected the work during and afterward. Solano Exteriors replaced some of the gutters on my home. They arrived when they said they would and did an outstanding job. They also did a roof inspection for me and saved me from making some unnecessary and expensive repairs that another contractor insisted I needed.Jose is a small business owner that you can depend on for an honest and fair appraisal of any gutter or roofing issue you have and a prompt and professional completion of the project.
