Don't bother waking up early. I liked this Walgreen's pharmacy because it allowed me to fill prescriptions early hours, before work and when it is less busy. For the first time ever i was told i would have to wait until they called my doctor's office. Avoid this Walgreens and their constant rotation of new pharmacists.

Today was my last day filling my prescriptions with Walgreens. I went in yesterday to pick up 2 prescriptions that I desperately need, and I was told they wouldn’t be ready for hours even though the app said they were ready for pick up. I figured I would just come back the next day and try again to get them. I come in today and wait in line for 30 minutes, only to be told only one of my prescriptions is ready not both. My other one won’t be filled for another few hours either. So frustrating, I will now have made 3 trips to try and get my medications, and this is NOT the first time this has happened to me. Not to mention that now I am running on day 3 of not having my prescriptions and this wreaks havoc on my body. This location is always busy and understaffed - and they mess up your prescriptions constantly. It’s not just this location either Walgreens as a whole has sucked lately, and I’ll be switching pharmacies. Do NOT fill your prescriptions here if you care about reliability! Thanks a lot Walgreens.

Pointless to stay open 24hr if you don’t help fill prescriptions at night. Waited all night for it just for us to call them and then they don’t have it and that it will be a week!

I came down with the Covid and needed a test to prove so for work purposes plus I already had the antiviral script waiting. Once the parmacy assistant saw what the script was for she berated me stating I should have picked this up in the drive through. I explained I needed to come in for the test which I scheduled earliest as possible but the computer had it a couple hours later and perhaps they could just squeeze this test in real quick and I would be on my way. Long story short, she was rude, too concerned with me having covid and making it a public spectacle while she wasnt even wearing a mask or gloves. Just horrible and nasty demeanor towards me for something that was out of my control. Also overheard the pharmacist taking complaints from an angry customer which ended up with pharmacist stating take your business elsewhere and slammed the phone down. Perhaps all these folks need to consider another career choice, They are not cut out for it.

Pharmacy staff is very difficult to deal with, I called to check the status of a prescription and was on hold for over 30 minutes, when it was my turn in line they would continuously pick up the phone to immediately put me back on hold until the call timed out (an additional 30 minutes). I eventually just drove to the location where the pharmacy tech told me her computer screen was frozen and couldn’t run my insurance to get my medication and that I would need to call my insurance company to get the full processing number….it was 9pm at night. When asked why they kept continuously putting me on hold she told me they were “short staffed” while other pharmacy techs could be seen sitting down eating Pringles behind her, doing nothing else.

I've always loved Walgreens, but after having horrible experiences MULTIPLE times I hope CVS runs them to the ground! Ineptitude and lack of empathy = poor service. It's that simple.

Pharmacist looked like a homeless man that hadn't bathed in sometime and was rude to the point of being obnoxious. He wore no uniform or name tag but did have a dirty white t-shirt on.

I called the pharmacy to talk to someone about a medication i sat on hold for over an hour. There was only three callers ahead of me. This is slowest response time ever.

Completely ruined a birthday present surprise by saying an order was going to be ready by a certain time and when I go in I’m greeted with an attitude that it’s “NOT DONE.” Well then don’t have a system that says it will be ready by a certain time. So much for same day pick up. You tell me it won’t be done until tomorrow or the next day and Then I drive around 25-30 minutes back home just to get a text saying it was ready right when I get parked. You could’ve worked on it all day but chose not to. Always such bad service with cashiers here. Hope you find new employees soon. Kid with short hair in photo working late last night shouldn’t work with customers.

This Walgreens sucks. They love making people wait no matter how many days they’ve had the prescription.

Bought Infants Tylenol couple hours ago and we didn’t opened went to return and they said it’s non returnable. Worst policy and pls don’t buy any medicine here they charge way more than Walmart. They have price 15.99$ for infants tylenol but if you go to Walmart their price is 10.64$ for same product and you can return your medicine if you don’t used it or you don’t like it. Never ever gonna buy anything from Walgreens.??

Sat on hold 40 minutes only to be hung up on. Literally heard them pick up and hang up. I get it, you're understaffed, but either do your job or find another.

Liars. I am told one thing by one pharmacist and something else by another. Each pharmacist says the other one was “mistaken”. Honestly, if anyone reading this can recommend a reputable pharmacy, I would so appreciate it. My husband has multiple health issues and we need medication to keep him alive. This monthly battle is exhausting.

Four other smaller Walgreens pharmacies closer to my house did not carry the meds I needed after a small surgery. This location had them and worked with my doctor’s office to get the order processed - even during a very busy season (Friday night before Christmas). We’ve come here twice now mostly due to the larger stock and longer hours. The people I’ve encountered are very nice.

Disappointing experience.I ordered a poster print online. Shortly thereafter, I received an email stating the print was ready for pickup. After driving to the store and standing in a long line (it's Christmas, I get it) I told the clerk I was there to pickup a print:Clerk: When did you place the order?Me: 1:01pmClerk: Yeah, there's no way that's ready.Me: But I received an email saying it was ready.Clerk: Yeah, those are automated emails.Me: Automated emails saying something is ready when it's not? Lying to people?Clerk: YahI realize it's not his fault and they were very busy so I'm sure they're all stressed but no apology, no "we need to fix our system." Nothing.Small thing but I'll now avoid Walgreens and this location specifically. Buyer beware.
