Dropped off a $500 package into the drop box and it completely disappeared, it was insured but since it doesn’t even show it was dropped off i am completely screwed. Was never scanned, never shipped to my customer, just was dropped in the box and vanished. Post office employees were not helpful at all

Very bad experience in Parker USPS location. Very irresponsible answer from them & they are cutting the call while talking itself. I shipped a mail & they missed it & saying irresponsible answers. Too bad. Not responsible at all.

This is the worst post office. Don't send anything from here, it NEVER arrives! It's like this post office eats mail! Ugh. Frustrating!

Have a p.o.box there and it takes 2 or 3 days after you get the delivery confirmation for them to put it in a box for you to pick up. Long lines all times of the day. Poorly ran establishment....

Services at the post office are fine. The reliable delivery of mail is a big problem. I've had multiple mails showing up as scheduled in Informed Delivery site/email never delivered. Those mails get lost forever because of negligence.

The Parker Post Office has problems delivering packages. Once again I'm tracking a package and see it went from Denver to Parker to Monument (why) now back to Denver. Last time this happened it went through the Parker office 3 times before they delivered it. Talk about delaying the mail. The Parker Postmaster should be fired.

I have been going to this facility for more than 15 years, and I haven't experienced anything to complain about. Clean, organized, good service, even has 24-hr do-it-yourself automated kiosks at the lobby.

No lines, and the people were super kind, resourceful, efficient, and incredibly helpful. The whole place was clean and organized and parking was plentiful compared to other post offices I've been in the last couple years. This is where I'm going in the future when I need to go to the post office.

Sure is a lousy excuse for a Government SERVICE we pay taxes for! Not just the location but in general. How are ya gonna ship a package to the WRONG USPS facility (Castle Rock), making it LATE and then ship it to DENVER?!?? Making it LATER?? I'm in PARKER! It was a post office away!
