Came in as a dasher and was met with extreme skepticism. Borderline standoffish behavior. Was asked to show order, which is fine, but the way it was went about was extremely off-putting. Regardless, the process was fairly quick. In and out as it should be.

Love the gals at a Sally Beauty in Parker! Jinx specifically is super friendly, and wears the most creative makeup- that stays in place! What a great way to sell product!

Beware! They will close early. EVEN IF YOU ARE RIGHT AT THE DOOR. Super rude lady locked the door right on me as I was walking up. Still within store hours and told me they were closed. Even though they have clear store hours and I was within that time.

I walked in this afternoon, two employees were there, both had to see me come in. They had a brief exchange between themselves, but neither of them acknowledged me or offered to help. I found what I was looking for but it wasn't what I wanted and left. Not only is it poor customer service, it's just plain rude.

DOES NOT HAVE HAIR FOR BRAIDING....They don't advertise this on their website, but the person whom I spoke with (@ Parker Sally Beauty Supply)made it VERY clear that they "don't sell that braiding kind of hair, stores in urban areas like Aurora and Denver.. sell that stuff"My response:" ............. Huh..... Interesting. Thank you for your help, have a good one"I will NOT be shopping at this particular Sally Beauty Supply... For any reason. That response from the employee of Sally Beauty Supply Parker was distasteful.. to say the least.

Would give them a negative rating if I could!My recommendation would be to avoid this outlet!!!Recently bought a trimmer from them, found out when I came home that it had the wrong charger. I called them to resolve this the very next day and they mentioned that they cant do anything about it.They even implied that I was lying about this.The box was open when we bought it and anyone could have easily swapped the charger accidentally or intentionally.

This was my first time shopping at Sally Beauty. I had already researched and knew what items I needed to get. But, I still needed some help. As soon as I walked in the door, both ladies that were working said hi and welcome. I started to do my shopping and had a product question. Both girls knew exactly what I was looking at doing. They both started telling me product information. They worked very well together in telling me what I wanted to know. Then some other customers walked in with questions. It's a VERY small store and you can hear everything. The ladies were both so sweet and professional with the other customers. The extensive knowledge they have for any products in that store is amazing. They really know their store and they really know their products. If they don't have something they are very willing to recommend other stores or websites to you. Some other stores have employees that, no matter what, will never recommend somewhere else to go. It is excellent customer service when an employee really helps you, even if they don't have a product and recommend other stores. The two ladies working this afternoon had that amazing customer service! To know your store, your products and your customer base so well is very rare. But, these two ladies had that amazing customer service!! I will always recommend to friends that if they need a Sally Beauty then this is the store to go!!

Be cautious at this store. I confirmed with Sally corporate that an employee intentionally or unintentionally processed a false return on my merchandise and then when I tried to return that item I was told it was no longer in my transaction history and that I could get an exchange or store credit instead. The store manager tried to tell me I wasn't going to be able to return that item in the future because I had already exchanged other items on that same receipt which isn't true. You can still return any items you haven't yet on the same receipt as other items you already exchanged or returned as long as it's within 60 days of purchase. Also, this same manager tried to charge me the price difference on an even like for like exchange just because it was past a sale which is also not true. You can exchange like for like items at no extra charge even past the sale. I called Sally customer care to find out why that original item was no longer in my transaction history and they confirmed that a false return was processed. I had to threaten to press charges before they would properly refund my money to me that the employee potentially collected in order to keep me from getting a refund on it.

They are not very helpful at this location. I never get assistance when needed and the employees seem to be more interest in chit chatting at the register. Go to the one in highlands ranch - much better customer service and better inventory!!

The staff at Sally’s are incredibly kind and helpful. It’s nice to see someone like Stephanie who truly cares about people and is very genuine. It’s always so great to be helped kindhearted individuals!
