Took a Covid Antibody test at the Parker, CO location. Six days later, no results. Quest advertises 2 day results. Tried to set up a patient account and it “doesn’t have my data” even though I have received appointment confirmation though my email. Tried to call and selected option “to get results”. It’s just a recording which tells you to long on to patient portal, which I’m unable to access. No one answers the phone when left to ring. Left a message to have someone call me back, no response. No results sent via email. Will be working to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Don’t recommend!

Been receiving bills for lab work that was supposed to be covered under my insurance that was submitted from my doctor. I have tried calling them several times with no help. I have called my doctor and insurance company and no-one can seem to help. They sent the bill to collections and I am super frustrated, because I would not have requested this service if I knew I had to pay out of pocket for something I did not need. I am leaving this review to express my dissatisfaction with this business.

I been coming to this lab for years. Never had a problem, rarely have to wait more than 10 mins, never experienced any errors, pleasant staff. And the tech from Djibouti is very gentle. Will continue to go here for all my lab work.Highly recommend this location.

Stuck my wife 3 separate times with a needle and was still unable to draw blood. Both of her arms are now bruised and swollen. She can barely lift anything now. The only person qualified to be doing medical procedures was behind the desk on the computer and not helping patients. The inexperienced nurses should not have been attempting to draw blood. Absolutely rude, incompetent, terrible and dirty facility. They laughed as we walked out the door. Tried contacting the company and have had NO response.Use lab Corp directly below instead of Quest. This place is an absolute joke!

Went into the Office in the Parker Adventist Hospital. There was a woman there from Djibouti, unfortunately I didn't get her name. She checked me in and drew my blood. I didn't even feel the needle. She was great. Very friendly and experienced as a phlebotomist. She made going to the lab a positive experience for me.

I went in for a test which was administered incorrectly. My doctor called to tell me I can either have it re-done or not-it's up to me. But there are no results. Quest billed my insurance. What a waste of time.

I had an electronic version of my lab order but they had no email address that I could send it to so that it could be printed out and my blood drawn. What kind of front desk doesn't have an email address in 2016? Get with the times, people. Instead I went downstairs to Colorado Lab Services and they printed it for me.

I am disgusted with the business practices of this facility! I knew what everyone's lab work was for, what they were getting, and who their provider was by the time I left. They asked me for my credit card immediately before I was sent to the back to have blood drawn. I told the receptionist that I was not comfortable giving that. She then asked for my card number and an email so they can tell me how much they charge my card AFTER services are done. I asked why I couldn't be told now how much it would be. She stated that there was no way to know how much my insurance would cover. I explained that I knew what percentage would be covered so I need prices of all the tests that would be performed. She said that she couldn't give me that even though I had the codes in front of me. Smart for the business maybe to take credit card numbers to charge after you leave the office, but not smart to retain customers. Stay away!!!
