I had a simple question and tried to call. YOU CAN'T EVER TALK TO A PERSON!!!! Or even leave a message. You get referred to their website and don't EVER SPEAK TO ANYONE even a voicemail. Huge waste of time. I won't ever go back there,

Quest has always been better, foe me, than Labcorp!

You cannot get through to a human. I don't know why they bother having a phone.

I'm a little torn here. First, the good. The phlebotomist was great. She was fun and spunky and drew my blood with expertise. I liked that I could get in here whereas Labcorp didn't have appointments available for months, there wasn't a wait. It was a little hard to find the location inside the hospital, but I got there. On the bad side... I entered my insurance info but it turns out they were out of network. That's partially my fault, I had to manually enter the info because it wasn't found in their lookup. I should have known then. But I had a coworker who just went here so I figured it was an error and they should be in-network. Nope. They wanted to charge me over $1,000 for a basic blood test. If I were in network but paying the "negotiated" rate it would have been $100. Luckily, they have a patient advocate who was great and she got the bill down to a much more reasonable $150. However, that's $150 more than the $0 I would have paid in-network (my deductible was met for the year). I have a very well-known and huge plan and I'm shocked they're not in-network.

This is the place to get your blood drawn, especially if you're like me and have had problems getting it drawn in the past. I had 4 vials drawn and barely felt a thing, they gave me a sensory device and talked me through the whole thing. The crew here is amazing.

Went here to have my child's labs drawn. The phlebotomist had no idea how to draw a child's labs. Instead of just saying so, she stuck my child, had blood splattering everywhere. She blamed me for not bringing in another person to hold her down. Complete mess, she couldn't finish the labs needed. My kid had no issues getting her blood drawn before coming here. After traumatizing my kid, I have to get her labs done again. I should have known better and left when she kept trying to convince me to leave and reschedule the appointment; at one point telling me she was tired and had been drawing blood all day. Completely unprofessional!

I had to come on here to give a review just for the phlebotomist, Sarah. She was amazing, so personable and kind with me and other patients. I get woozy when getting my blood drawn and she was able to hold a good conversation with me to distract me she's amazing!

I was worried when I saw several bad reviews, but my experience couldn't have been better (other than getting a needle stuck in my arm). They were on time, friendly, and did a great job.

I can hear the staff taking and visiting in the back. I arrived 5 min early and am now 10 min past my appointment time. Another gentlemen was waiting before me. There appears to be no respect for people’s lives and schedules.

Says open until 430. Checked in at 410 on kiosk. No one at desk. Told at 435 I had to schedule appt? No where indicates any of that. Waste of time

Arrived 15 minutes prior to them "closing" and was told they do not take appointments after "4:10." The first guy was really nice and I explain the frustration of that information not being on the website. I told him it was not his fault but it was poor communication on the company. I was getting ready to walk out the door and.He said he would make an exception and get me in. He told me to check in at the kiosk and would be right back. Then Amanda came out. She said that they would not be seeing me and that the final time was at 4:10. I explained to her that the other employee offered to squeeze me in as a courtesy. She said he was "new" and didn't understand the policy and system she claimed to have been in affect for a year and a half. She also argued why they don't put the last walk in time on the website. I explained to her that I was already checking in on the machine, she asked me to "show" her... which seemed odd. It's sad that the "new" guy was trying to deliver superior customer service and Amanda ruined that. I also asked her if providers know if there "rule" and she said we are separate and well doctors are doctors. A sad reality when they are housed in hospital that this is her stance. No where was it posted that they have a "policy" about final walk-in patients, nor is the information on the website

Nycole was great, took less then 30 minutes to do an ExamOne appointment with blood draw, physical, and urine collection. No wait on a Friday afternoon.

Quest told me I do not have the right to know whether or not the phlebotomist who will draw my blood is vaccinated against COVID. In addition to being very vulnerable, I have not yet gotten the booster. It is just cruel to send a person into a tiny room where an unvaccinated tech is very close to my face when they draw blood. I felt so unsafe I was ready to walk away. Why doesn't Quest just promise to send me a vaccinated worker if I am so worried? It must be that they do not care about patients.

Have been to this lab on many occasions and have zero complaints.
