I had a great experience taking my car to this shop. All the employees were incredibly kind, quick to do services and get back to you. I have previously had bad experience with auto shops but I will definitely be coming back to this one for any car troubles or maintenance

These guys are great! They were awesome at communicating with me. They didn't pressure me into getting unnecessary repairs or repairs I figured I can do myself. Bobby the GM was super friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend taking your vehicle here for service.

I brought my truck because it was overheating. After diagnostics, it was determined that a new engine was needed. SO BUMMED. I do not have the money to do that service so I told them thanks but no thanks. I was expecting some push back or attitude, but my experience was quite the opposite. Bobby, the manager was so understanding and even took a little off the bill. (I'm convinced he felt sorry for me). I love supporting local businesses and I can confidently say, if I need auto service in the future, I will use Pride Auto Care. Thank you Bobby for being understanding!

TLDR: 5 weeks in their shop. Charged me over $1000. and problem made worse. To repair the damage incurred while in their care, cost me over $4000.00. Big mistake using Pride Auto Parker.
Took in for with one warning light. Couldn’t get it back 2 days after (lost confidence in their diagnostic ability) becuse they caused the car to no longer start. The car was in the shop for 5 weeks. It was returned to me with same warning light, plus 5 additional warning lights on. Took to dealership who replaced an electrical harness damaged during the 5 week period. Only then did the warning lights go off.

AVOID THIS PLACE! Tons of reviews about how this place likes to scam people, jack up prices on parts, and lie about fixes that they say your car needs, all to make a quick buck off of unsuspecting patrons. My experience definitely reflects what I read. The GM Bobby does not like when you ask questions and was very rude when trying to work something out with him. His boss, Sam, said “he can be like that sometimes” so apparently he has a history of having a short fuse with clients. Probably was upset when I called out how bogus their pricing was for a fix on my girlfriends gear box. Immediately urged over and over that we “take it to Volvo” if you disagree or push back at all on their unreasonable pricing they want nothing to do with your business. If you do take your car here please get a second opinion elsewhere before giving them your money. It’ll probably save you hundreds and potentially even thousands in the long run.

Pride Auto is the only place I feel comfortable taking my car too. Jimmy
listened to all of my questions and concerns. When I didn’t understand he was able to walk me through everything and helped me really understand my car and what it takes to maintain it. Took my used car to him and had a full check done to it!
