Timely, trustworthy, and extremely knowledgeable. Been going to Jeff since 2018 when he was still at Mile High. He will tell you straight up and is always accommodating. Hard to find a place like this for any make and model, but especially for Saabs.

OEM replaced the struts and a handful of other things to refresh my Subaru with ninety thousand miles. they did great in a short amount of time so I'm hoping for another 90!

I have been going to OEM for just about 2 years now. From the small stuff like light bulbs or windshield wiper help to a vacuum hose or engine mounts. They have not once given me any reason to complain or doubt there work. On time. Very quick. I trust them 100%. Very educated. I will tell you this I wouldn't go anywhere else. True story Jeff is literally there to help you. I feel like I am special cased and I am not. Everyone gets this same service. I give them all the stars cause they are!!!!!

Now that she is adulting, I just introduced my daughter to OEM SAAB and Subaru Repair because it is so important to have a repair shop you completely trust, especially when you don't know much about cars. They have always done right by us!

The oil change was fine; however I did not feel valued as a customer for several reasons.
The front staff did not take me seriously as a woman. He tried to talk me out of Subaru's oil recommendation and I really had to insist on it.
And I don't understand why they say OEM in their name but they don't have Subaru brand oil.
