“After 21.8 years of marriage the diamond from my wedding ring came out. In one of the Facebook Groups I'm in many suggested Bill (William) at Apex Jewelers. I went in and told him the story behind the ring and he showed me the diamonds to replace the one that fell out of the ring. Being that my Anniversary is the 27th of this month I looked at different rings to see if I may want to upgrade. He said, "these rings are beautiful but because of the story behind this ring maybe none of them would be able to measure up to it." That really impressed me. He didn't try to upscale me on anything. Instead, he took the story into consideration and told me that he could make the ring with the missing diamond like new. When I got the call that it was done I was overjoyed. When I saw it.
