If you want the worst pharmacy in Parker, this is it. I’ve always gone here out of convenience because of how close it is. I don’t get sick often, so I’ve let it slide for years.These people don’t work on your prescription until you’re physically there, despite putting the order in hours in advance. When you get there, they lie and say they’ve been working on it, just another 20 minutes. Then you proceed to wait another 45.They lie to your face and say they’ve been working at it all day. Their excuse? “We’re short-staffed…”Every. Single. Time.Oh, and they NEVER answer their phone, so you get the useless automated system. Even when the system says it’s ready, you still end up going and hearing the same story.Get it together. People are always waiting around, sick and feeling terrible because they never have anything ready and are always short-staffed. Even if they are, it’s been this way for YEARS apparently.Even if it’s close, just make the drive somewhere further where they have it ready. It’ll save you time and from sitting around feeling sick in the lobby.

Go to the Walgreens down the street in Parker the service is 10 times better. Every time I go here it could be 4 hours 8 hours or a day or two days to pick up my stuff it's never ready. The only time it's ready is when you roll up to the window to pick it up then they start working on it.

I waited on hold to speak to the pharmacy for 30 minutes. They are understaffed.

Poor service. They never have medications ready when they say they will. They do not value you or your time.

I haven’t had many experiences with the pharmacy but the staff seems kind and patient, considering the staffing practices with most retail pharmacies. I had a good experience and Crystal in the front helped me check out and even save money. Overall a good store and I may switch my medications to this location.

Took three months to develop my film, then said they were shredded, never received a call back, asked them every week if they arrived, manager said they never came although a worker confirmed they did, manager then was so rude and offered no solution for losing photos i can never replace, I then spent an hour on the phone with corporate cvs for them to send the order again even though the manager said that wouldn’t be possible. Manager name is Peggy by the way. she shouldn’t be a manager. The workers there that get paid way less were significantly more helpful and knowledgeable.

This location will never start processing your prescription until you call them. The app will show “processing” but nothing is being processed. One prescription was sent two weeks ago by the doctor and was still processing. Made a call and they said they didn’t have the right amount but would have it Monday. It does not take two weeks to order medication to your location. Once you call (and wait 20+ minutes to speak to the pharmacy) they will “expedite” the prescription and it will magically be ready in a half hour. Theres plenty of people working but I have no idea what they are “working” on since I have to call for EVERY prescription that’s sent in.Poorly managed and needs a lot of work. Take your prescriptions to another location or pharmacy. This one is just not good.

Crystal or Krystal the assistant manager is very rude and refused to help me. She said the merchandise sells quickly so she won’t be helping me. She hung up the phone on me.

Wow! Not sure what has happened to the pharmacy but it’s terrible! We switched from the Target CVS because it was so bad and these guys were way more responsive. I just sat on hold for an hour and 20 minutes. Someone came on the line about 45 minutes in and told me she had to put me on a quick hold again. In the meantime my husband drove over there, stood in line and figured everything out before anyone ever picked up the phone again. I have prescriptions that have been “delayed” for over a week because they need to be ordered. When I saw that last week I just assumed they would be ordered and I forgot about it until today. These are everyday items that a pharmacy would need to fill and here I am without them because someone was too lazy to place an order. Note to self…when you see something is delayed either call or go in to make sure someone actually orders it. So ridiculous!

Vanessa in the pharmacy was amazing! I had multiple questions regarding insurance and refills, that involved a few different prescribing doctors. She was so patient and efficient getting it all done quickly.It was a wonderful experience with this pharmacy.

Pretty impressed with the amount of cars that comeThrough and how quickly RX are filled. The pharmacy tech and pharmacist are such a pleasure to work with. They really go above and beyond, it’s truly appreciated!

Pharmacy is a joke. Was greeted with "last name", when I was there for a flu shot. They told me to wait in the corner.. I waited for 20 minutes and no one acknowledged me. Walked out.

Every time I refill a medication they do not fill it until you show up after it’s supposed to be filled. We wait 30 minutes in line to hear they still haven’t filled it when they stated earlier it would be ready hours earlier. It’s the same thing every time. They don’t pick up their phones. So there is no way to contact them and see if it’s filled prior to wasting you time. They are some of the laziest staff I have seen working in a pharmacy. Most of the time it’s one person working and the rest standing not answering phones, not helping customers. This is probably the 20th time it’s happened. Their management doesn’t care, they do nothing to make it better for their customers. Save yourself trouble and use a different pharmacy.

Pharmacy is great, much improved from last year! However staff in front is a bit stand off ish and annoyed when you ask for help.

Our family has been using this pharmacy since it opened. I can honestly say they've been very helpful over the years and on the occasion they've been busy, we did live through a pandemic people! Anyway today I wanted to share a story about how extra good the care can be here, Emily or Emma (I can't remember it was morning of 8/7/23) picked up the phone and helped me with two issues: one script was delayed (but not really and just needed filling and one that is a very new Migraine medicine called a Ditan - it's the first approved by the FDA is a Schedule 5 - but insurance will only cover 4 pills for 30 days at a fourth of the strength of my prescription - yes, that means 4 pills is equal to one.) I have a very rare Migraine variant that causes not only the aura, but stroke-like symptoms including the loss of the use of my left arm. This Ditan the ONLY "rescue" pill that helps (besides BOTOX, the ER and a few other preventatives.) I was out and their computer said they only had 3 pills, but she was filling it anyway. Long story, involving my mother having to pick it up - anyway, they found a fourth pill and I was able to fall asleep and woke woozy, but feeling hopeful. Thank you Emily and CVS, I know you guys must have some of the most stressful jobs in Parker, probably all of Colorado. You are always busy, and I appreciate this act of what I consider kindness! And thanks for the note!
