Nice and clean. Found what I need right away. Everything is nicely labeled. Self check is small but nice and easy to use.

Never use CVS to develop rolls of film or disposable cameras. Apparently, they have a "store policy" where they flag photos to shred after a certain amount of time. The store failed to inform me of that when they called to tell me my photos were ready for pickup. I received a call on May 17th that they were ready. I went to pick them up on June 7th, and I was informed they were shredded. I'm so devastated that my irreplaceable and priceless memories were just thrown in the trash with such disregard. CVS also informed me that there is no possibility of having them reprinted. I'm in disbelief that a company would operate like this when people entrust you with such important and valuable items. I am so upset! My photos are gone forever and can never be returned to me...

If I could leave no stars I would. This pharmacy is anemic. Worst in parker. Script sent at 10am electronically, not ready until 530PM. How can tossing 30 pills into a bottle take 7 hours. I called at 330PM and the pharmacist says I'm working on it. Can you imagine if you hired this guy? Another 2 hrs after having the script for 5 hrs. Pathetic, Just Pathetic.

Store says open 24hr and when I get here they have a cheap sign that says front store opens at 6 am so update your website.

This CVS has signs plastered ALL OVER the outside saying that it is a 24 hour location. I pulled in at 22:30 and attempted to walk in but the doors were locked because apparently, “Open 24 Hours” only refers to the drive-thru pharmacy. Change your signs

I been using this CVS pharmacy almost from three months. It’s close to my location and I found the employee working inside most of them are very polite and very helpful. They have my medicine ready on time and they called me in advance to make pick up. I highly recommend this place.

Apparently they run insurance checks or something and they found some insurance that I was unaware of and changed my info from my primary insurance. No one contacted me or authorized this change, but somehow the change was made. So, since January, this pharmacy has had the wrong insurance info, despite me giving them the correct info. Since January, when they started using the wrong insurance, I have had issue after issue with getting my medications. How are they allowed to change important information on my profile without my authorization? Wouldn't that be a HIPAA violation? That makes no sense to me. But now I have to track down where this other insurance is coming from because if CVS does another round of "looking for insurance" then they are just gonna change it again. It all makes no sense ... I gave them my insurance info, but they changed it ... What?!

Thank you CVS for making a shopper feel like a criminal.
I went into the store to do some snack shopping and decided to use the rest room before I shopped. I can over hear the manager discussing to employees how he felt he had to watch the restrooms due to some concerns with theft. He then followed me around the store for 10 minutes and kept an eye on my whereabouts, then asked his cashier to keep an eye on me so that he can go in his office, I assume to maybe watch the camara.
I've worked retail for over 30 yrs sir. I understand the concerns over managing a store. However learn some tact. My paranoia regarding being followed around just got severely heightened. Your investigation left a sour taste in my mouth. I hope that you are not the reason why your store has lost customers.
