Worst pharmacy ever. They leave refills sitting in processing. They never answer the phone, whether it's the patient calling, the doctor, or another pharmacy. They don't check the voicemail. They are constantly understaffed which surely leads to the above issues. No matter when a prescription is sent in and promised by, every single time I wait in the 45 minute line to get to the front and be told they need to fill the script then and have to wait another 30 minutes. Been an ongoing issue for months and months and finally can no longer handle the inconsistency with a process that is very important to get right and timely. I feel sorry for the employees because they are set up to fail due to failures in the process and not having enough support to handle the demand this location has. A complete lack of care of professionalism. The fact that they somehow get away with not answering the phones and listening to their voicemails is criminal. Even mine and family's doctors have recommended switching locations because of the issues they have as well.Stay away!

I had problems with the staff at the Lincoln Ave location with rude pharmacy staff. I transferred my prescription to Twenty Mile CVS and Kristen informed me that even though it was a new Rx with new dose, insurance kicked it back as refill too soon, then kindly gave me cash price and good Rx cost. She took the time to help me and explain options where Lincoln Ave pharmacy staff did not and actually told me they did not have my prescription even though my profile said they got it 12/08/2023 and customer service verified they received it. Kudos to the Twenty Mile CVS pharmacy staff

Worse pharmacy ever had to deal with. Poor customer service. Prescription ordered at 9:35 am and order was ready at 11:30am. Showed up and the pharmacist stated one of the prescriptions was out of stock. No courtesy call or nothing. Only thing was, the patient has to call another pharmacy to transfer. We did and the this pharmacy never put the prescription on hold for a successful transfer. I would fire everyone including the incompetent head pharmacist who probably should be boxing groceries at Costco. Target should be ashamed to have a worthless pharmacy in your store operating under your brand.

To sum up my experience at this particular CVS:LoatheDespiseAbhorDetestGreatly DislikeJUST . THE . WORSTYes, looked up synonyms for the word hate as that word alone does not due this review justice.When you repeatedly use your online CVS account to request refills, then repeatedly are told by staff that they do not order the drug that has been requested unless you come in-person.When you call and no one ever answers the phones.When you get notifications that drugs are ready online and via voicemail to find out they have not even been processed.When you have to wait in line for over an hour for your prescriptions...and still can't get them.When you just don’t understand the lack of care from staff, the word HATE is not enough.All of this is concerning life or death medications for a juvenile Type 1 diabetic. When I request an insulin refill or glucagon refills, it’s because my son needs them to live.

This pharmacy is horrible. Prescription was supposed to be ready 4 days ago. Have been there 4 times and it’s still not ready and they don’t really care. We even said we would wait for it. Came back and they said it wasn’t ready (20 mins after the time they gave us it would be ready). Either poorly managed or they just don’t care. We’ll be going to a different pharmacy from now on.Prescriptions are always very late, many days past the last pill you have. If you have a serious medical condition, where your life depends on your medication (e.g., organ transplant), I highly recommend you use a different pharmacy.

Made reservation for flu vaccine. Checked in online AND at counter. 45 minutes later still no one to help us. Staff appeared over worked. So we left. Why have a reservation system if this is how you treat customers?

Very friendly staff, but this may be the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. My called in a new prescription, leaving a voicemail due to being on hold for 30 minutes. 2 hours later, and that voicemail hasn’t been answered. This results in the need to come into the pharmacy to make sure the prescription will be filled, which requires standing in a very long line due to extreme slowness in getting persons through the check out line.

By far the WORST staff and pharmacy! I had major knee surgery this week and they have screwed me over multiple times. My pain management is out of control all because of the staffs errors. My pain magically doctor has been calling them every day to get things fixed. I got a small amount of pain meds but not enough to cover me and now you won’t unaccept a prescription and it’s causing me to not be able to fill at another pharmacy. My fiancé has had to go back to the store 5 times because the staff keeps forgetting to give ALL the meds. The staff has been rude, unhelpful, sat on the phone multiple times for more than 30 mins to then get hung up on. Absolutely the worst service and experience!!! Never again!

I wouldn't even give these guys one star. This pharmacy can truly jeopardize a patient's health. Always slow in filling prescriptions. Communication is horrible as no one picks up the phone. You have to physically go to their location stand in line to just get a simple question answered. I am going to be switching to another pharmacy where I can find more competent people who do their job. If you want to stay healthy, avoid this pharmacy as dealing with them in itself will raise your blood pressure.

Always a ridiculous line and always understaffed. Don't waste your time here. As you can tell from other reviews, this is normal for this operation, so don't expect it to change anytime soon.
